I had an issue picking up the rental due to coming a little after the scheduled time. I had to call customer service to resolve. I spoke to two reps and they were both literally yawning on the phone and very short.

The facility was closed when I arrived. I was not able to enter my account for unknown reasons and so called the 800 number who connected me with another location (Easton, PA) in the area that was open, and I got to talk with Jason. Jason did a fantastic job resolving all the issues and got us checked in. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give Jason a rating of 12 !!

Increase your 15ft truck inventory at this location. Extremely high demand in the area for that equipment

Get new people to run it.we waited three hours for the truck no one was capable of processing a pre paid card my husband just got out of dialysis and you made us wait three hours for something that was solved in two minutes I will not recommend uhaul to anyone.

The staff is awesome. I used them in January when I moved. I will use them again. Unfortunately I haul has their phone number wrong on the website and it makes it next to impossible to contact this location!! Please fix this I haul!!!
