The cab of the truck was dirty and only had a 1/4 tank of gas I returned the truck with a 1/2 tank of gas I feel I should've been reimbursed for the extra gas I put in the tank the employee was very professionalWanda L.

Having rented a Uhaul only once before, I didn't understand the process very well. The person that handled my rental was rude and condescending. He made zero efforts to answer questions about the rental, and when my wife called to ask about the mileage and the price, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition to poor customer service, they also didn't give me what I asked for. I called them 10 minutes before I arrived and asked if they had a 10ft truck. They said yes. After I had already signed the contract, I went out to find a 15ft truck. Also, the fuel level marked on the contact didn't match the fuel level in the vehicle, but at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. No one bothered to show me where the truck was at, so I had to just walk around the lot to find the matching numbers. It wasn't a huge lot, but it seems like someone could have walked out with me. I would have mentioned the discrepancy of the fuel gauge, but like I said, I was just ready to leave. I will not make this mistake again.NELSON M.

I would NOT recommend using the national website to place an order. Call a local store to make a reservation. The online site provided us with a confirmation for a truck/equipment that was not at the site that was requested. When we called the national office, we were told that customers can expect that when placing an order online. Not good service.Bradley B.

The gentleman trying to accept the truck could not believe the screw up he had to deal with because of all this mistake the leasing office created. I was with him for an hour trying untangle the mess they created and finally had to tell me he's work on it more the next day and I could leave.James M.

Truck wasn't very clean inside or out. The windshield was terrible both inside and out. This is probably more of a uhaul thing than this particular location, but uhaul really needs to do better maintenance and upkeep on their trucks. The truck I had was 15 years old and had close to 140,000 miles on it. And, the front wheels apparently were out of balance. Felt like the front wheels were bouncing or wobbling or something and the steering wheel shook.Larry R.

Steve was especially helpful. My only problem was that the truck only had 1/8 tank of gas & I did not want to have to stop twice to fill pulling a trailer and I filled it and had over 1/2 a tank but there was NO REFUND for the extra gas I bought. the folks in COLUMBIA were very nice.Ronald J.

Idk maybe honor your reservation for starters. Also, ensure the equipment is working, especially the AC in Mississippi during the summer. My rental experience was a nightmare, which has no bearing on this location. I rented in Brandon and had to drive 100+ miles out of my way to pickup a UHaul. I get there on moving day and find out that the AC doesn't work. So I have to drive it all the way back, but I wasn't credited enough miles. I paid out of my own pocket to transport a UHaul somewhere where I shouldn't have been. Then, during my trip it starts raining, 102 degrees outside, pregnant wife in the passenger seat, windows up. So yeh it wasn't pleasant. Then I get to loading my UHaul and there's no Dolly or Furniture covers. I finally get moved in the freakin heat and I find out I'm charged for an overage on mileage because some jack wagon gave away my UHaul.Matthew K.

I couldn't figure out what building the u haul rental place was. Turns out, it was part of a pawn shop and there was a small sign on the bottom right corner. The people there were friendly, so I did appreciate that.Maddie C.
