DAMIEN MReliable, if something is wrong or missing they correct it. Plentiful amount of trucks and trailers. I needed a motorcycle trailer , called early thinking no Way they had one , sure enough they did already.

TIMOTHY CThe salesperson was nice but I had to repeat a lot of what I did online. The uHaul was clean but had trouble starting and we made it home but then it would not start and we had to use jumper cables to start. The gear shift also sticks and I had trouble getting into and out of gear. The panel below the steering wheel was also loose.
Eddie DVery knowledgeable and helpful with the renting experience. When people are moving they have a thousand things on their mind. It takes a big burden from you when you find someone that has the expertise to make all the arrangements for you allowing you to focus on the other details.
MICHAEL MThe rating scale is flawed. If this is the only time I use a rental truck, the location is, by definition, average. Recommend wording like "met expectations."

Victor HThe lady that runs this place is super nice but as a found out extremely sensitive and won't listen to your explanation. I have rented uhauls for 20+ years now and a couple times I've been screwed by some of them. Gas gauge wrong , mileage wrong, return time wrong. By the way colours has NEVER done this to me. Anyways I returned a rental today and the lady came out and said "all I need is your keys" I told her "give me a Second I'm returning it online" she asked me "why". I told her it's because I want to make sure all things are entered correctly (due to me being screwed by others before). She told me I insulted her and started crying. Wouldn't even listen to my explanation. Since you didn't care what I had to say then this is the kind of review you get. You have been nothing but great to me but today YOU INSULTED ME. Each and every U-Haul dealer I go to I do all my work online so all the dealer has to do is hand over the keys and papers same on returning, I do everything so all I have to do is hand back over the keys. Please rent from this lady give her the business but let her do all the work because obviously if you don't she thinks you are insulting her.

Talk about going above and beyond. Going to need another rental the following week and going to Colours again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

JONATHAN DOther than not having the trailer I was looking for initially, I had no issues. The ladies were very nice and knowledgeable and even though I was there last minute they still helped me get what I needed. If you could tell them thank you for me that would be awesome! Also the prices are fair and reasonable! I'm really thankful for that too!

The truck was clean and fine and it rode smoothly no problems whatsoever on the ride back to Florida. I need a travel U-Haul in the future, I'll definitely use the company U-Haul.!! The storage facility I returned the truck to in Port. Charlotte Florida was awesome as well very clean well Equipped. I liked it that they had business cards for people who are movers who could help you with a situation.

Jeremiah HThe truck I rented had an exhaust leak, the air conditioner would shut off while driving, the steering was out of alignment, the passenger door had a gap between it and the cab and it was rattling the entire trip. I've rented several trucks and this one was not very good. Thankfully this was a short trip.
