Christina YoungI was incredibly disappointed with UHaul after renting a trailer in Sioux Falls and when I arrived they said I had to drive an hour away to pick it up. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Angle in Worthington was super nice and helpful but I had 2 bad tires on the trailer and needed road side assistance.

Amanda TholeDid not have a jackstand around to lift trailer off of truck hitch. Told me "you'll be fine...you can do it". Not helpful at all and no consideration. This is a health and safety hazard for customers and this location could/should be liable for chiropractic treatment due to this hazard.
AUSTIN WILLIAMSBack of truck was not swept out. A couple of dollies from the previous user were left in the back of the truck. So it's obvious they never checked the truck between customers. Their printer was broken - and they hadn't seemed eager to replace it - so my copy of the rental agreement was a picture of their computer screen with my cell phone - and I really needed a printed copy for records, but didn't/couldn't get one...
Matthew SprungerI was given a return location on my service agreement with your company. When I arrived on the due date to return the vehicle I was REFUSED and therefore had to take it to Sioux Falls S.D. and then I was charged an extra $150 dollars extra because it was now late. That was a very crappy deal. Will not consider using your company again.

Trista ElsbeckerAirbag sign was on upon pick up, I noticed after reaching home. I called the store and person who answered the phone said it will go off once you drive on highway. It doesn’t turn on at low speed. I drove next day on highway for the move however it stayed on the whole time. This is a safety issue and they cannot make up stuff like this. Also I reserved 10 ft truck but they did not have so they gave me 15 ft truck at same price. The problem is it is difficult to drive and navigate big truck in a busy metro city. The truck used to make few weird noises, but did not break down.

We just parked the truck, snapped a picture of the mileage and gas tank dials and also one showing the cart was in the clean back end box and put keys in the drop box. The place where we parked (by the other truck) was off the solid parking lot and muddy, but not a big deal I guess.
