It was a smooth transition dropping off the uhaul and picking it up. Great service, no problems with the truck..will definitely use uhaul again!

DENNIE PI was charged about $120 dollars for using a 10 footer about from 11.15 a.m to 4.50 pm. The mileage of the truck was 1511 and I returned at 1578. I used 67 miles. I was charged for much more than I used it. My phone is 774 460 2324. I can explain to you more.
STEVE GWe were very pleased with the customer service. We especially appreciated the customer service and the fact that they answer their phone since time was of the essence for us. We discovered after dropping off the U-Haul after hours, that we left our personal keys behind. We contacted them as soon as they opened the next morning and they immediately went out to the U-Haul to check for our keys, found them and held them until we could pick it up later that evening. This location was ideal for us because it's close to the highway and a gas station.

It smelled bad and I immediately used Lysol wipes to wipe things down and you clearly tell the truck hadn't been cleaned in months with is not a good look in today's COVID era. The driver's seat did not move forward due to the bar under the seat being broken and the arm rest was missing. Additionally, the check engine light was on and it only had one headlight!! Never AGAIN!!

BARTH SGet automatic windows and put auto mile counter on dash that shows customers the miles they have driven instead of old way of counting.
Keith PWhen you confirm the mileage, make sure the agreement is updated because they use the mileage from the previous contract when it was returned. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but it can cost you. For example, there is a different cost for 1 mile vs 1.1 miles even though they say there is no difference.
Lisa CMy debit card was charged two times for the estimate before I returned my truck. Then charged the actual which was less than the estimate charges after I returned the rental. I spoke with 3u haul reiterative and all they did was determined me to the next person who finally told me I had to take it up with my bank. This is totally unacceptably. I need my money back ASAP.

STEPHEN WI would only recommend this place to a friend because of the Uhaul manager at the location. At this time I can't remember her name, but I do know it started with a "J". Although I set this as my preferred location Uhaul changed my location and when I received the phone call confirmation for picking up the truck no one from the other location (7624 SE Crain HWY) told me the location had been switch. When I arrived at Colonial although the manager didn't have me in the system she contacted UHAUL corporate who still had me in the system for her location. After 2 hours of waiting (because 7624 wouldn't let me pick up the truck after they stated the day before I could pick up the truck earlier, and had stated the truck was at the location then said I could not pick up the truck early because it wasn't ready). Manager J finally got me taken care of by giving me someone else's truck who I am sure came in after me and was annoyed. This is a great location and has great staff. If I were to refer someone here I would tell to ensure that their truck is there by calling before they actually get there.

STEVEN RThe rental location initially said it was going to cost me 190.00 to rent a ten foot truck for four hours with a total of 30 miles. Totally outrageous when it went 120 miles with a 20foot truck the day before for less than that! The rental place finally 'discounted' me ro 50 dollars if I hadn't needed it so much, I would have walked out!
karen jThe truck was excellent as was the office service, but I needed only a cargo van, which this location does not have, so I had to rent a ten-foot truck, which bears a slightly higher rate per mile.
FRANK HMy entire Uhaul experience was frustrating. I'm not sure if it the problem of local offices or the entire Uhaul computer system, but i would never recommend Uhaul or use Uhaul again. After filling out my preferred pick up and drop locations online, neither of the correct locations were notified. When i called each location, they had no record of my reservation. When i finally switched my location to the correct one, they then had the wrong truck size (but kindly upgraded me for the same price). I continued to receive emails that i was expected to pick up or drop off at locations that were not what i choose (and not convenient) with language indicating that if i didn't not show i would be charged. I had to call numerous locations to deal with this discrepancy, which is very frustrating when trying to move! The colonial pick up site was friendly, but extremely slow service. I"m not sure if there was a nail already in the tire or if i somehow got one on the three mile drive to my house, but i had a flat tire by the time i loaded the truck.

Terrie WAlthough I initially wanted this location, the reservation was for a location 7 miles form my moving area. They accommodated my needs at this location which was closer and saved me mileage and gas fees and they were very pleasant to work with.
