The gas was not full when I picked it up. If this was the case, then I wouldn't have spent so much when I filled the truck before dropping it off. Also, the U-Haul app was having a lot of technical issues with the mobile check in.Lucas G.
Equipment and Location were great.. However i had to start and complete the entire reservation process myself over the phone,, After i spoke directly with the Rental Business site staf on location.. cost me over an hour of My time.. How should i Bill Uhaul for this,, or be Reimbursed for my Time and Labor??.. Perhaps a better computer system.. i would like a Credit or some Compensation,, as My time is money too:(Jeffrey B.

I was sent from Roseville Ca. to pick up this Car tow dolly. A 1 Hr. Drive one way. There was no sign by this remote area store and passed the place. It is located before the towns of Colusa and before Lotus, with both of these towns about a mile from this store. The folks there were very nice and helpful.. It would have been nice to have been given a map, since I had not GPS or directions. A nice sign Uhaul out front of the store would have been nice too.David W.

The custermer service and rental was great but today I noticed extra charges on my account. I called Coloma feed and was told that uhaul had over charged me and they would get back to me. Hopefully this will be taken care of by end of day.CORY C.

I made my reservation well in advance to pick up the truck at a specific location much closer to me. The day before my move Uhaul informed me there was no truck for me at that location and I'd have to drive twice the distance to another location. I asked for compensation then for the extra gas I'd have to purchase but Uhaul would not extend me that courtesy, even though it was them who failed to meet my needs. Very disappointed in Uhauls lousy effort to provide reliable service.lisa O.

Auto transport Trailer did not have tie down safety chain on rear of trailer. Very happy with Coloma Feed & Hardware but Disappointed with U-haul corp office after young man called and informed what happen. I showed up late and was charged the extra day. I Connected the trailer after paying for it and Disconnect a Trailer and waited because of the customers in line before me, which was the extra time I was late. I told the Feed Store clerk that I was taking it one way and dropping it in Woodland, CA. She never told me that I had to return it to her location. I ended up paying for an extra 5 days until U-Haul contacted me and wanted to know where the trailer was located.David W.

Absolutely nothing, great family owned business, tire had a flat. I didn't have time to get it back to west Sac. location by the time I had dealt with it. So I went to my local uhaul because the phone number on my receipt said number was not in order. Coloma feed is amazing!Collin W.

Trailer with busted light was the only one availability for pick up and the attendant simply said he would report it. Not ok to have damaged towing dolly when I already had to drive 40 miles to pick up. Also U-Haul system was down making it complicated to check out this station is so remote they do not have wireless service of any kind so it was impossible to validate the status of the trailer before leaving as is customary.CARISSA B.
Reservations don't know squat about location or try to help when they sent me 50 miles away from Sacramento to a small town in the mountains to pick up the equipment. Total bullcrap experience. Only good part was the reps at both locations. They have a strong dislike for U haul as a whole.shawn T.

I made a reservation for a truck at first online and wanted to change it to a trailer but did not have that option on the website so I just cancelled instead. It was annoying that I had to make an account just to cancel a reservation. When I then tried to reserve a trailer the website worked fine to the point where I would select the location to rent from and then it would just say loading and never go anywhere. When I finally got a trailer it was just what we needed and the Coloma location was very convenient.Liron G.

When a customer requests an area that has several locations, and they make the reservation over a week in advance it not good business to send them an hour round trip out of their way. I understand this is not the fault of the location I ended up having to use.Julienne O.
The staff at Colona Feed was very pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with their store software not being updated (not their fault), so the counter person downloaded the app onto her own phone to get the paperwork finished. Great job!feather A.
Terrible experience. Rented a trailer on a Monday for the following Friday at Noon in Auburn, CA. When we arrived at noon we were told that they had contacted us (they had not) and that the trailer was not availible, but it was parked in their yard for another customer for Saturday morning. We drove one hour to Auburn then had to go to Lotus, Ca to pick up a trailer. Another one hour away. Terrible service, feel like we had been lied too.William M.

I rented a u-haul at a Rancho Cordova location and was agreed upon my contract to have a one way drop off at another location in Lotus Ca. Approximately 5 min from my departure I received a text message that my confirmation for drop off had been approved for another location. I called immediately and was told that the location I requested was full (anyone would think that the u-haul company would have confirmed prior to departure). However, I was told that I had no other decision besides another location located 20 miles away. Well I was determined because my contract stated that I would be dropping it off at the location I requested (Lotus Ca). I went to the u-haul location in Lotus Ca and was very pleased on the way the female and male, that were working between 1400-1500 hours, addressed there attention and were willing to listen to my situation. Both were very nice and stated that they didn't know why "they" would deny my request to drop the u-haul off and were more then helpful!! Needless to say I was able to drop the rental off at the location I had planned on after multiple helpless staff over the phone. Thank you Lotus staff!!ashlee H.

i have rented lots of u hauls recently. this location was great but yall dont seem to care when things are not good for me. location drop off is a constant problem and no one has given a shit about my reported problems about drop off and pick up. you act like you care but its lame ass customer service. get it together or respond to my issues. at least respond and act like you care about me and my responce as a customer. these reports and what not are just a waste of my time. u haul seems to suck but it works so we put up with your shitty work. i a not happy with my service an actual person to fix the probelem would help.ROB B.

they didn't hook up the trailer correct so when we got to our house to put the jeep on the trailer it popped of the tow hitch and broke part of our tail gate of our truck which they have not replaced or called back. U-Haul led me to believe that I had a choice of 4 nearby locations with the auto transport there in stock I requested as per your web site, then redirected me clear over to lotus a 40 minute drive away. This is poor business on U-hauls part. This is the day and age of computers and U-Haul can't HONESTLY tell me that one was not available locally. I rate U-Haul at a 0 on a 1 to 10 scale for this and will definitely give a 2 thumbs down about U-Haul to all my friends and never rent from you again as this is the second time this has occuredwalt S.

The people at Coloma Feed were great. It's too bad it was soooo out of the way for me. Lotus is a small rural town in the middle of nowhere. The brilliant folks at UHaul who know absolutely NOTHING about geography decided to make my pick up for an urban move almost an hour away. It was even worse when I tried contacting UHaul prior to the pick up to explain that the location didn't make sense. "Sorry, it's our busy season." was the only reply I received. At least the folks at Coloma Feed understood the situation right away and took good care of me.MICHAEL C.
I was charged $ because I returned the truck after hours because it was dirty it was dirty when I rented it but was in a hurry I had one day to do everything I had to do. I should have contesded these charges.but of course t was working and didn't have a chance to. There was tobacco and cigs. Butts in cab at time of rental but I got to pay for it.LAURIE D.
