the lady working there was very nice, helpful and personable, and the truck was well maintained, and i had no problems during the move. all in all a great experience.
ALEXA BAmy’s always so nice to work with! We rent aometimes 4-5 times/month and the service is always awesome. The location is clean and tidy and well-kept and in general, good area of Conroe very near The Woodlands. Feels like a safe place to drop off after hours too.

Kenneth FThe truck was not well maintained I would say. The inside was clean, but the truck came with an insufficient back tire that was flat. Also AC was not working. Had horrible gas mileage… had to fill up every 100 miles. We had a 16 hour drive to Denver and it’s a wonder we made it with that tire being the way it was.

Jane GThe location is fine but I found the self-check-in laborious and confusing. When I finally gave up and went inside the office the nice lady informed me that I did, in fact, have to come in for the keys. How frustrating! Since she was handing me the keys and having me sign paperwork I have no idea why I needed to take pictures of all angles of the van. I also had provided my TDL when I rented the vehicle on line and then had to take pictures of my TDL again standing out in the parking lot. Next time I'll hire a courier. One other frustration was when I topped off the tank with fuel, the van would not start for 15-20 minutes and then as if it was saying "Just kidding!" it turned over and ran fine back to the U-Haul lot.

john pThe original reservation dissappear so I had to make a new one on the spot. The app did not allow me to do it that way so I had to wait until 9 am to pick up tge truck that had been scheduled for 7 am. That lead to me having to pay the movers extra hours for just waiting on the truck. I was very displeased. The woman who finally arrived 15 min. Past 9 was very nice and helpful. Your customer service phone operators were equally nice. Fix the app.

The lady at the location, Amy, was extremely helpful and pleasant, making the entire transaction smooth and painless. The equipment was clean and in good condition. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to friends and family.

Xandra JI wouldn't say that the personnel were rude or unhelpful, but they sure weren't helpful. The "help" I got was basically acknowledgement from the person behind the desk like 30 seconds after walking in and then her telling me to follow the instructions on my app and drop off the key. It was pretty straightforward, but I wouldn't say it was "helpful."
