Truck smelled like weed. Signage on truck door states, "Seats 3", but only 2 seats in cab. (?) Truck was free from dirt and debris. Would rent again.

MARY BDrop off was interesting. There seemed to be no organization to the facility. We arrived 2 minutes after closing, and there was no one there. It would have been helpful to have self-check-in instructs posted, or at least a message saying to self- check in equipment after hours.

DENNIS SI did a virtual drop off so I did not interact with the store personnel but the process was very easy
Mary TThe truck was picked up and the inside did not seem to have been swept. The upper portion of siding in the truck may have been loose or not properly sealed. The drive was +1,000 miles and there was plenty of dust inside the truck covering items even though the truck was swept prior to loading.

YVONNE DThe locations were fine but you're asking the WRONG questions!!! The U-Haul computer was down the last TWO rentals. This last rental I had to supply information THREE times. Once with Josh the regional manager at coles in Bartlesville. And then again with Josh at the nowata location. Then again with TC Cole over the phone later. And the received a phone call from a lady at U-Haul asking if I still wanted the trailer. All while I was trying to move and had people waiting on me. I lost valuable time. U-Haul should really comp me a 6x12 trailer for a day or something. I kept my cool. But it was tough having so much to do and exhausted from moving!!!.
luther cDon't worry about your locations. The rental experience is a turn-off for me because the wheel is reinvented each time rather than my data being saved AND so many emails to rent a trailer.

Matthew GI prefer to return a rental with the fuel tank full. I started at about 1/2 tank and had to guess at a half tank upon return.

JOSEPH MEasiest thing in the world. Guy was nice and accommodating, renting it was way cheaper than expected. 11/10 would recommend and use service again.
austin jThe experience had nothing to do with the rental location, it was very good. My rating is for the app based pick-up of the unit. Had to enter most information twice just to get to the point where I could get the key from the dropbox, then the key didn't work. Spent probably 30-45 minutes in the phone queue to finally get to a vey helpful technician. Had to go through a 'resync' process between the key and the truck, which was not long, but on top of the other issues, it took more than an hour to be able to leave the rental lot...so don't plan on picking up the unit from rental and being somewhere on a schedule....this blew mine for the day.

DANIEL WI ordered an appliance dolly but the dolly was not in the truck when I picked it up. Super frustrating, since the location was closed at time of pick up and I had to call the 1-800 number to be told the closest open u-haul location with a dolly available was 50 miles away. I ended up getting a refund for it but it was a major inconvenience as we had a short window for moving and had to make do without an appliance dolly that we planned to have.
Leah LVery friendly and very prompt. I didn't even have to wait 10 min to get a truck. The key drop made it extremely simple. I've been to another location and this was the friendliest, fastest, and overall a much better experience!
