Worst is damage I did at property I was moving from. Disappointed to be charged for rental. It was a bad day and lots of money was spent on helpers that could not help while truck was being looked at.

Daniel WongIt is hard to distinguish what caused more problems for us in the recent rental, your nationwide outage or the location's inability to handle a disruption in service. We went to another location (Marginal Way, Portland ME) that was processing contracts while the location we rented from (Yarmouth ME) was unable to do at the same time. The delay and related hassle caused tremendous problems for our move and prevented us from having adequate time to complete the move in the original timeframe.

Katie NorsworthyI did have trouble using your app on my phone to return the truck. I could not take a picture while I was in your app. So for each picture I had to get out of the app go to my phone's camera and take a picture. Then start all over on the app again with the return process.

Rebecca RichardsI used the pickup truck for 22 miles to haul a boat to spring maintenance and the fuel efficiency for this truck is around 18-19 mpg. I needed to put about 5 gallons of gas ($20.xx) to bring the fuel gage to full. The last driver of this truck di not top off the tank and the U haul rep couldn't tell since the gauge read full. So inherently I paid for someone else's use of the truck. i don't now what u Haul can do about this but I'm letting you know.
STEPHEN THOMASExcellent customer service - both in person and on-line. And U-Haul's phone system is top notch - very effective online customer service with a phone system that calls you back when it's your turn. I was impressed.
