Sweep out the trucks. Take out dollies when they've not been rented to avoid the shifting around; provide strapping to secure dollies in empty trucks.

The truck I rented should not be on road. Despite mechanic looking at it. 3 times I was unable to stop truck and ran a red light and stop sign. Worst is damage I did at property I was moving from. Disappointed to be charged for rental. It was a bad day and lots of money was spent on helpers that could not help while truck was being looked at.

It is hard to distinguish what caused more problems for us in the recent rental, your nationwide outage or the location's inability to handle a disruption in service. We went to another location (Marginal Way, Portland ME) that was processing contracts while the location we rented from (Yarmouth ME) was unable to do at the same time. The delay and related hassle caused tremendous problems for our move and prevented us from having adequate time to complete the move in the original timeframe.

The online truck return process is awful, especially all of the pictures it requires you to take. It took way longer than we thought it would just to drop the truck off.

The truck wasn't quite full when I picked it up and I had to fill it upon return so it ended up costing me more for gas then I should have paid. So next time I will definitely make sure to point out to uhaul if the tank is not full upon pickup

I did have trouble using your app on my phone to return the truck. I could not take a picture while I was in your app. So for each picture I had to get out of the app go to my phone's camera and take a picture. Then start all over on the app again with the return process.

Please make sure that orders are online accessible. My contract was not found in my account or online making it so that I had to call the customer service and the wait time was atrocious. Also, there could be more clear instructions for after-hour key drop. Thanks!

I used the pickup truck for 22 miles to haul a boat to spring maintenance and the fuel efficiency for this truck is around 18-19 mpg. I needed to put about 5 gallons of gas ($20.xx) to bring the fuel gage to full. The last driver of this truck di not top off the tank and the U haul rep couldn't tell since the gauge read full. So inherently I paid for someone else's use of the truck. i don't now what u Haul can do about this but I'm letting you know.
