Paula BThe trailer I rented was not usable for why I rented it. When u put the ramp down, there are two side pieces that reduce the width of the trailer. I drove an hour to pick up a zero turn lawn mower. It would not load due to these 2 side pieces. I immediately returned the trailer and complained and requested refund. I was told I had to complain to 1-800-go-uhaul. I was told I would receive a call within 3 days. Still have not received a call.

Rebecca TI was delighted to see that this farm supply store was open on Sunday morning and willing to check the vehicle in and not go through the mobile drop off app. The windshield was extremely dirty when I picked it up and they were taking care of it for the next customer. They were helpful and a delight to do business with!

Randall WMy car has a busted hose, it was a Friday afternoon and I was 4 hours away from home. The hey stayed open an hour later while my ride could get there. He also helped me secure my car to the trailer to ensure I made it home safely. Can not recommend this business enough! Customer service and KINDNESS at the highest level!!!!

Norman TMake sure to let customer know you change pick up locations. It is traumatic to hear we have no truck for you then go to the next place and be told we have no car dolly for you when you are already in high stress from a cross country move.
