I greatly appreciate how the ladies at 13807 Candleshade Ln, Houston TX (my original pickup) and at 8519 McHard Rd, Houston TX worked together to provide me a truck suitable for highway driving. Everything went well. ¡Gracias!

JAMES MTried to charge for extra day, extra gas, and insurance I did not ask for. I took pictures of the dash when I picked up and dropped off.
BRUCE BMake sure the place is clean. The didn't have the equipment I needed. They charge me for some kind of safe insurance which I decline on my reservation. Uhaul barely had any gas in it. I would never recommend this Uhaul place to anyone I know.
Jcoby BThe cost estimate provided in the web site is about one third of the real cost. This is frustrating, because as a customer I need the real information to compare to other rental services. I put about 8 gallons of gas and still I was charged with other 3 gallons.
PEDRO MIt was a great and quick process. No hassle very friendly
YVTTE VClockwork Auto: 1) provided incorrect information, stating that the one-way trailer rental would not be due back until Friday. 2) didn't check to make sure the brake lights worked; 3) allowed me (even urged me to drive away) with the back of the trailer still opened; 4) (worst of all), rented a trailer that needed servicing (the trailer's door was rusted and very difficult/loud to get open and closed.)

Phasouk SI've submitted a claim, the truck provided to us had multiple holes on the roof that caused leaks and saturated our furniture and mattress with water. It's frustrating to submit a complaint and not receive a response.

Vincent WDon't charge for gas when the customer replaces the gas used. I'm not happy with my receipt and I'm still waiting to be contacted to dispute these charges. The customer service side is lacking here.
James EItems requested were not provided or given prior notice that they wouldn't be provided. There was a hole in the roof of the back which allowed water to pool up inside the back. I had to clean it up before loading this truck up which took additional time that I didn't allot for. Terrible experience

GEORGIA LBEWARE>>>>>> I picked up a UHAUL vehicle; took a picture of mileage and gas gauge before leaving. I was using the mobile app to save time for check-out. The gauge was between 1/2 and 1/4 (3/8) When I checked my email, later that day, I noticed that the starting gas was showing 1/2 tank. So, I brought the vehicle back and put the extra fuel in the tank to bring up to 1/2 tank (a few extra bucks...no biggie), later to find out that a fuel charge was added to my final bill. 3 gallons at an increased price! I had also taken a picture...confirming I had dropped it off with 1/2 tank. I called and spoke to the manager and he said that all he does is take a picture and submits it to UHAUL. He claimed UHAUL assesses the extra charge. So I called UHAUL waited on hold (43 minutes) and the lady helped me with my concern. She looked at the picture this location had submitted and stated it shows 1/2 tank. She said that she would take care of this. She also stated that this location... is the one charging the additional fee for fuel. NOT UHAUL CORPORATE!! Fraud! If this is done to me... who else is this done to?

LAMONE LBetter lighting in the area in case you need to pick up or drop off at night.
