Stephnie SNot clear that you must arrive in 10 minute window for 24/7 pickup. Defeats purpose of 24/7 pickup. Long hold time to get assistance. Truck was blocked in and had to wait for someone to come anyway. Truck smelled like smoke and had ash remnants in cup holder.
Finny MI ordered and was promised 3 dozen furniture pads. The location said he did not have them but was able to “find” 2 dozen. Uhaul needs to step up and make sure all equipment is available. The call I received before picking up equipment promised all ordered equipment was available.
