That truck needs to be serviced. The power steering is weak and the alignment is extremely bad.

While the interior/cab of the truck was clean, the cargo area needed sweeping, it was full of pet hair. Also, the outside of the truck was very dirty.

Nancy HI received a vehicle I was paying $1100 for with 1/16 of a tank of gas. Therefore, the first thing I had to do was find a gas station so that I wouldn’t run the equipment out of fuel. This is a complete disservice to a customer. Then, your policy of me having to return it with a quarter of a tank of gas or I get charged a convenience fee is just ridiculous. Finally, the engine light was on when I got the unit and the smell of gasoline inside the whole back of the vehicle was very strong. I expected when everything was offloaded I would have the gasoline smell into all of the fabrics. I would recommend any option other than U-Haul for a similar move in the future I don’t expect that I would ever use U-Haul again for a vehicle if there are other options.

JAMES RThe address the U-Haul has for this drop off location is wrong. The owner of this storage facility sent me to the appropriate drop off location and said she had reported it to U-Haul but has never been fixed. Thankfully I didn’t drop it off and leave key in drop box.

They only had 20 foot trucks and it caused me to not be able to get my entire move done. So the location was great but I’m not happy with uhaul and all the extra money I have to spend hiring movers a second time now

The system was not working and I had to wait a hour and fifteen minutes to get help (wait on phone) The first person came on the phone quick pass my call off and then disconnected me. Rude and unprofessional !!! I lost money as the team I had waiting to help me move was just waiting around. I had to pay more for their time. I did open a complaint and as for the very least a discount and yet have not heard from anyone. If this doesn’t not fall in to junk mail, I would appreciate call or email.
