I showed up and my reservation wasn't ready. Nobody was available to help at Classie Car Care and Uhaul customer service initially told me there was nothing to be done, and to reserve again another day. Only after an hour of sitting in the Classie Car Care parking lot and making repeated calls to Uhaul customer service did I get to pick up my reservation, which had been sitting infront of me the entire time. Due to complete incompetance, someone had cancelled my reservation even though I called and said I'd be using 24/7 app to pickup after hours.

There were no signs to park the truck. Checkout was very difficult on our cell phone. No personnel at 4:30pm to help. Very hard to reach the 1-800 number for assistance.

If you decide to pick up the U-Haul at one place and take it to another place and not to go back to her place when you pick it up it is not the best thing to do because I take your money I don’t explain to you that if you don’t take it back to where you pick it up you don’t get some of your money back they take all your money

Online reservations for 8am. Asked for certain location and was sent 50 miles round trip outta the way. Then arrived at uhaul and they didnt have trailer and said that I was not assigned location. What's the purpose of reservation? Then they finally found trailer. Out of the way again. And the passenger side tow strap was broke. Poor service and still had to pay full amount

Was sent to several locations to find the equipment needed! Would call and they said they had it drive across town and they would not!!! After five hours of back and forth I finally got the equipment needed. The tire was slack so I put air in it only to notice it had a plug in it. I get 1 hr down the road and the tire blows I sat on the side of the road for 3 hrs waiting for someone to come to come fix it. There was no spare!! worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!

Found reason when I was going online to make the reservation it kept messing up when I get to the location of the gentleman had to do it for me sell the manager and then when I returned it they had me down for Anna came in for eight hours but I needed it for 24 hours so they charged me for that I was out with chores about $20-$30

The engine check light was on and there was a clinking sound coming from the transmission. The office manager was busy when i returned the truck and was not able to make sure he knew what was wrong with the vehicle. He was also 10 minutes late for my pick-up time, because he was out running an errand.

Absolutely terrible experience. Truck reeked of smoke and was missing the left mirror!! Then to top it off, I was miss charged. Will never be using this service again.

Terrible experience, no one would answer the phone. When I first got there the receptionist was on the phone and tossed me the keys, didn’t inspect the truck or anything. I also ordered 2 Dolly’s , a $7 and a $10 and neither of them were on the truck. I would never give them business again

This return was located at a car wash where they also rent U-Hauls. I pulled up and let someone know what I was doing. After a few minutes they directed me to a different lot. The gentleman with big green ear piercings who did so helped me disconnect the trailer was extremely helpful and made it super easy for me. This guy was great.

I had a reservation for 830. Was not checked in until a hour later. Reserved a utility dolly and appliances dolly. Was told they didn't have any and I had to go to 4 different location to find one. Meaning I had to pay more in milage to run around looking for a dolly. Finally found one and was told from Bardstown Rd corporate location I wouldn't be charged for the inconveniences.. then end up being charged and going over the mileage. Which was due to looking for a dolly that was not available to me. That's poor customer service and a inconvenience to me.

They didn’t have the truck I reserved a month ago and sent me to another location to pick up the truck. They also only had one guy doing U-Haul rentals so it took me 30 minutes alone just to start the process and this is with me doing the check in online.

I AM NOT KELVIN SIMMONS. I DID NOT ORDER A UHAUL. I DO NOT LIVE ON CLAY ST. I have asked you to remove my e-mail from this strangers account and yet you still continue to do so. Now I know where they live. I know their number. I know what credit card they use and the last 4 digits. Way to go UHAUL. You have given me someone's personal information. How my email got associated with this account is beyond me, but you can't even manage to do a simple request of removing it. Instead, you continue to release information that I should not have access to. Shame on you. PLEASE REMOVE MY EMAIL FROM THIS ACCOUNT
