Thank God for that place ,the idiot who put in my location to drop off was a nightmare, and far from where I moved to ,why did they pick the location I drop off at ,it was first class and nice people, the people on the phone uhaul number are fucken asholes ,on hold 145 minutes, keept handing up and transfer me and no resolution to my situation, I would like a call from management 760 567 0308 thanks john ,ps ,the people on both ends pick up, and drop off are wonderful, thank God for them the rest is a fucken nightmare!!JOHN K.

The bill that was emailed to me was all wrong. It had an extra day on it and it said the total price was $410.28 when the actual price is $285.73. That's a big difference. Please make sure you have the correct information when you send it out to people. Also I was told if I wanted the truck for an extra night it was only an even $20.00 when it was really $29.95. U-haul was incorrect about all the prices.Keith P.

the first place we went to promised us a big truck and then could not supply us, but the one they sent us to was really nice and friendly and knew the answers to all our questions . Truck was Brand New so every thing worked I dont understand why that a F 650 would be a Gas truck but it was 7.3 MPG kinda sucksRichard M.

Have moved with only Uhaul for the past forty-five years. Probably 18 times, sometimes the trucks were in need of some steering or front wheel balancing, but overall things went very well. The truck I just used to move from Florida to Missouri was probably the best one of all . When the road wasn't to rough, the steering wheel had no bounce or shimmy from unbalanced tires. Not bad for a truck with 133,000 miles. Uhaul hasn't yet let me down.peter C.

I did not pick up the u-haul in Warrenton Mo. I picked it up in Winfield Mo. The U-haul computer system was not functioning due to a glitch in a recent update. I know this becuase the customer behind me tried to pick up his rental at another location and they told him that. It took me over an hour to get my rental and I was never really checked in.Richard B.

Had to travel 1 hour to pick up truck and trailer. My preferred location was a 10 min drive but instead drove 60 mins. They wanted me to pick up truck at 1 location and drive to another location to pick up trailer. Called uhaul and complained and they got trailer to the truck.RYAN P.

The location was fine but your scheduling dept and customer service was the worst experience I have ever had. I had to drive 40 miles to pick up the truck and then back to another location to pick up the car hauler. Teresa in scheduling told me on several occasions that it was 30 mins untill she was done for the day. I will never rent from u haul again. No one ever addressed the problem or tried to do something to offset my cost and troubles.jeff C.

We felt like this location was not safe and the operator and your company forced us to take the $45 insurance when we had contacted our insurance company beforehand and were told we were completely covered.
