Debra VIt was in a sketchy neighborhood and was not a lot of room to drop off 26'truck & dolly. Did not feel safe just leaving dolly on back of truck so had to be creative to block it in and it was 30 minutes away from our storage.

Duval WThe customer service rep was very nice and helpful. Very good to work with. Only downside is they didn't have any furniture pads and this has happened at several Uhaul locations in the area. Will be using this location again!

Penny HI like to say that the U-Haul associate was extremely helpful. I called. Told her I needed a truck. She said we have one left and I told her I'll be there in 10 minutes. I was able to go into the U-Haul location. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and she was helpful. I would recommend this location again.

David LEnsure that the equipment is mechanically checked prior to rental. The crank for the trailer leg was almost falling off and a tire on the trailer was in very bad shape and did not make it to my destination without failing

Garrett DThe drop off location seemed clean enough. However, the area was not very secure. There was homeless all around the area walking in and out of the secure area. I don't know if they bypassed the security or what. It was difficult for me to do a digital check in when I was distracted by the security of my family. I cannot recommend this place as a drop off.

Colton JThe lock box we were suppose to drop off the lock in was locked and we were given a key that didn't work. We couldn't get an answer from uhaul reps with there being a fee if it wasn't returned. The wrong dolly was inside making the move extremely difficult Resulting in damage to my furniture and appliances.

Elizabeth CThe problem I had was, I reserved a truck at one location a week in advance and the night before I was to pick the truck up I received a text, telling me my truck would be ready at 9:00 AM the next morning, when I specifically told them I would pick the truck up between 7:00 AM - 7:30AM, then I had to go to another location to get the truck. All of that just through my morning move off. I had people that was going to help me move, with that 1 1/2 hour delay, I didn't get the help I was promised, because my helpers had other things to do on that day.
JOHNNIE LThe only thing is when I made the reservation I asked for an appliance dolly and they didn't deliver on that. Told me to go to the one down the street that didn't have one and was rude.
Emilia SThe Sinclair office was very good, very professional and pleasant, My complaint is with the Murfreesboro memorial Blvd office as well as the policy of "wrong Location Return" penalties. I wanted to return to a location closer to my home (i.e. Wilma Rudolph Ave) but was told I would be charged as a One-Way vice the Two-way, then told by the Murfreesboro unit I would incur an additional penalty for wrong location. These both seemed like unreasonable charges!

Chris LTruck was 4 quarts down on engine oil, oil idiot light came on before we left after loading the truck. 4 quarts low!!! Rear driver side tires were nearly bald and would not have passed a law enforcement safety check. Cab of the truck was filthy, really gross and obviously had not been cleaned. Truck assigned had 142,000 miles on it and we had a 750 mile drive over 5 states. That truck should never have been assigned to anything but local moves. Will make sure all friends, family and co-workers know not to use U-haul. Thanks for adding even more stress to an already stressful event.
