The actual location was great. However the remote/mobile pick up system is horrible. Spent almost an hour trying to pick the truck up. The customer service that handles this is ridiculous. And when I said I have lost a complete hour trying to pick this truck up all I was told was they are sorry. Not once did I get a complimentary hour added to my rental time. Just sorry about that and hope you had a great experience with uhaul. The customer service area needs a lot of work. I doubt I would ever rent thru uhaul again much less recommend. But Clarks was a great uhaul area and very maintained.
Fredrick NApp did not work for off-hour turn in. I have turned in several U-haul rentals to this location and app worked well. For some reason, did not work this time. Issue is not with the location but with the app.

Geron fThe only thing that could be improved: let the customer know in advance (for locations that are closed when you drop off the vehicle) that they need to go on their phone and check out at the location, as I went a few miles away to my house, and found out you do a location search to see if the vehicle is dropped off at the correct location.

RICHARD CI was not able to pick up at my regular location but I was directed to Clark’s instead. They had the van I needed ready to go when I arrived and the best part was that it was past normal business hours but they stayed and waited for me to get there! Good people at Clark’s. they also have a great automotive repair shop!
