No issues with the trailer or facility. The only problem was returning after hours. The website wouldn't process the return and the phone lines were over 1/2 hour wait. Took way too long to just return the trailer.Patricia A.

Uhaul was having trouble with their computer system and the guy that took care of us was patient and professional would highly recommend Clarkrange. Would never recommend Ed's in Monterey he was rude and didnt want to take the time to help us.Rita H.

No one mentioned during the reservation process that there would be a charge for fuel - I understood I had 85 miles as part of my rental. I would have fueled the truck for LESS than $3.99 per gallon!Steve D.

Unfortunate the dolly we reserved and paid for was not in the truck. There was no one local who could help us- the location is closed on the weekends and the phones went to the Uhaul main number. Moving without the dolly caused a huge problem for us. Especially for our washer and driver.Jason S.
The truck needs to be taken out of service due to alignment and front end shaking, the guy who pulled the truck around for me said that the truck was ready to go but never said anything about the way it was driving.micael D.

All was well. The only negative was that the equipment was outside. If the weather was bad, it would be a hardship to hook up the trailers. the weather was good the day I picked up the tow dolly. Other than that I would have given it 5 stars.albert S.
The office was not open when stated - lost precious hours waiting. Had to wait even more b/c office equip at this location was not working. The man tried many times to get his computer system to work. Finally gave up and called by phone. I called this office personally twice to be sure equip was available. Equip was dirty both in cab and in truck body Did not have a rental contract b/c office computer not working Was told fuel tank was full - gauge showed 3/4 I had to take the largest truck as that was all that was avail. Found out later in the day the tow dolly lights were not working properly which is a huge safety issue putting me and my property in a risky situation for many miles. Please have a UHaul manager call me regarding this rental. Gracias.michael T.

The location was good, however the equipment was not in good condition. I rented a car trailer, the first problem was the connections were all dirty so the turn signals wouldn't work. next, the safety chain hook was gone so I couldn't use the safety chain. Then the lowing gear was wedged against the frame so it would stick and not release. I had to kick it to free it up so it would lower down to raise up the trailer.MARK HANLEY C.

The fella that took care of me was very unsure of the apparently new system. He had to make a couple phone calls for assistance. What I found disturbing is the first call he made the guy on the other end told him that he was busy and that he was on his own. But the gentleman persevered and got through to someone who had a little more compassion and got me fixed up. Maybe u haul should offer a little better training for their dealers.terry T.

I am not happy I rent u hauls all the time and when I picked the vehicle up there was no refrigerator dolly like I request and I ended up going 40 miles to find one. The truck was also a little under a quarter tank but a quarter tank was marked. When I returned the truck it had exactly a quarter tank and I took a picture of the mileage and fuel to show this and when I got my bill there was 45 dollars worth of fuel charges on it. All the equipment that I request was not there on pick up which caused me a major inconvenience and then I was charged a fuel charge and for fuel.John F.

No problem with this location. The proprietor wasvery helpful but the corordination between the on-line registration and on-site pick-up was not good at all. Similar problems with drop off at the other end. U-Haul changed the drop off location while we were enroute. Very poor coordination / communication.Paul W S.

The problem I have is with uhaul. I needed a dolly to tow a 6 speed manual transmission car but you wouldn't rent it to me. Because you thought it was an automatic. So I paid twice as much.Sharon P.

Clean interior, box had wood chips and ice in the front. Truck should be ready for customer when they come to pick it up. Bald tires got stuck in 1' of wet soft ground, check engine light came on after driving about 60 miles.KATHLEEN K.

Make sure all the lights are made to work before releasing to customer - even if it is raining. Was told the light issue was my truck and due to only making $5 on this rental and the rain coming down, it wasn't worth their shop time to investigate further. Turned out during the trip that the other rear light quit working as well. All lights were working when delivered. After delivery and hooking to another trailer there were no issues.DON D.
