Great customer service , quick check out. A bit disappointed the vehicle needed fuel before starting my trip. Not sure I understand why vehicles are not returned full.

Great customer service. Very helpful & quick check in. A bit disappointed I had to immediately fill up the vehicle before I started out. Not sure I understand why vehicles are not returned full, so you can start your trip without a trip for fuel immediately.
