The location was horrible. There was no one there to assist with getting the truck out of a bad spot. The truck was not where the fuel level was supposed to be no one inside to comply to..

Christian LSignificant damage to the truck. Cab smelled of cigarette smoke. The location does not make checking out the truck easy. You have to walk from the front to the back of a building multiple times, and you can't walk directly. The trucks are parked in an area that is filthy with broken glass and trash all over the place, and sit in a mud pit right by a stinky dumpster where there was more garbage around the dumpster than in it. Also, the trucks are parked in a dirt lot, and there's no indication of where the parking spots should be. This experience was much closer to borrowing a broken down truck from a trailer-park than renting from the largest self-move companies.

Karsyn BThe equipment was clean and the maintenance is not CJs All Access fault, that truck has a fuel leak, an oil leak which both happened on my brand new driveway.......Then the cargo area leaks water as well and I had a few items that had to be wiped off and dried out before moving in.
Jason MRevise your app. Completely a mystery where to sign in once you arrive at the location, until EVENTUALLY a small green notification appears at the bottom of the page. Once this is located, the app refuses to confirm the location and remains stuck on the first sign in step. (Although it shows where you are clearly on the first page). So, after 3/4 of an hour wasted and calling the helpline, the advice is to sign in on the UHaul webpage. After that things were relatively easy. By the way, we had to help the second customer arriving after us and told them to log in on the webpage, they were experiencing the same app issue as us. The back of the truck was unlocked, the extra trolley and blankets (12 requested - 10 supplied) were left inside. The good news - vehicle was clean, drove like a beast, the aircon only worked on 1 setting, but it worked very well. All in all a great experience marred by a malfunctioning and badly designed app. (And for what reason could all the signing in not be done at home and verified by one stroke at site?)

Brenda RThe location was in an unsavory area and the building was not open. There was no one to talk to, it was very nerve wrecking for a female to pick up the vehicle alone. The vehicle given was damaged physically, the cargo area was dirty, vehicle overall was very outdated and worn.

Nancy MFirst of all the building location had poor directions on contact information on speaking to someone to pick up the truck. Secondly the lady behind the counter wasn't very friendly at all with assistance in trying to do online registration. Thirdly we dropped the truck off at the appropriate time and no one was at the location to speak with nor was there enough service to check the truck in online. Therefore we took pictures of the entire truck upon delivery and placed the keys in the drop box.

QUINNA SThis location charged my debit card $456 without telling me. They charged me for days I had already paid for. When I called the woman was very rude and finally told me she would have the manager call me back and I could call the 800 number. No one from the local office ever called me back.
William FHorrible and VERY EXPENSIVE experience. First, my reservation was moved w/o my permission to another uhaul location that didn't open till 12pm. I was forced to do self check in, which was terrible, my phone wasn't able to do. The truck was horrible to drive. the driver's seat leaned to the left, so my back was killing me. the seat doesn't slide up, so i had to drive with 1 TOE ON THE ACCELERATOR which made it very uncomfortable for a 3 hr drive. the windows don't seal so i had to listen to a high pitch squealing noise, a service light came on so i was very nervous the whole time. then returning the vehicle due to the self return was a nightmare as well. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

Renita GIf I could give a negative review I would. I came to this location on 7/23/22 to pick up my reservation for a 15' truck and two TV moving boxes. After standing in a long line(I get it, it was a busy weekend) I was told they didn't have a truck for me. They were able to find one near me but for way later in the day. I then had to re-wait in line to pick up my moving boxes despite having already ordered and paid for them. I ended up spending 75 minutes in the location just to leave empty handed.
Dillon QPickup process did not align with the process the location had in place. Instead of the lock being on the truck with the dolly and pads inside, the lock was in a box at the front of the building (truck behind the building). Pickup took way longer than it should have. Other than that, the area is a bit questionable safety wise.
Derek TThe average rating is to the pick up location, but based on the inconveniences I went through, as I successfully completed my 15' truck rental application on U-Haul's website on June 25th for July 6th @ 6pm pick up; however, on July 6th am, I was contacted by customer service indicating that they didn't have a 15' truck available; therefore, I was offered a 20' truck for no additional charge. I declined this offer, as I didn't feel comfortable driving such a big truck. I was told that they would continue trying to fulfill my request. That same morning, I received another message for pick @ a different location, now for July 7th @ 8:30am. When I arrived, they didn't have my 15' truck, so they called their operations department and located a 15' truck to be picked up @ another location @ 9:15am. I arrived @ CJs location and even though I was told that it was closed, this generous lady was there and completed my rental process. The lady stated that that truck was supposed to be picked up the night before, which in turn was my original location and pick time. The truck was not filthy dirty, but it was not clean and the AC kept stopping blowing air for several seconds and coming back on again.

Austin WI currently have a negative on my account of $79 from a pending charge. I have already paid the whole amount. The lady blamed my bank for not releasing the funds yet. This is completely unacceptable.

All was ok. signage of where to leave trucks would have been helpful. there were no marked parking spots available and no other Uhaul trucks there. I just left it beside the bldg.
