Super Friendly! With all the stress from selling a home and moving, you need a spot like this to know the move will be smooth. Also she sanitized the keys before giving it to me. Lol awesome place!

When I spoke to Deanna Blood at this location I advised what happened with the location I picked the truck up. She made it known to me that they are aware that the person at the Gardner location does not know what he’s doing and they’ve gotten previous complaints. She advised me she will look into it and file complaints and will follow up with me

Just didn't know picking the truck up whoever does the plowing and did not do a very good job who is very icy had to throw sand and salt down to get the truck out and Upon returning the truck took about 15-20 minutes to get up the driveway to return the rental truck other than that everything was fine

Key drop box not clearly marked and hard to find during the night. Areas around the key deshon box not well lit.

The employees at this location were great and made sure to get me the van I reserved even after the one originally on its way was out of commission from a collision. I do have to say though that the van does NOT fit a queen bed on its side as promised, and I had to slant my matress and bo spring in order to get it to fit, which significantly lessened the space for my other boxes.

Make a sign of where the drop box is so people don’t have to look for the box. It can be dangerous at night! But it was not a problem just a suggestion to help make it smoother & less scary! Thank you!

Not happy at all trailer was not at the location as promised had to drive 90 extra miles to get trailer, we were told the trailer was in Webster Mass, and had to go to Fitchburg Mass to get the trailer, very very unhappy

The lady at the facility was great. The UHAUL was falling apart. The engine would not change gears, the front end was shot, and I didn't think I was going to make it to my destinations alive. Reservation 91664885

There was a smell of secondhand smoke from the van, but was otherwise in good condition and was easy to use. Staff at the location were pleasant and were quite well at answering any questions that we might have had. For our first experience with using a Uhaul, it was a good first impression. The cost is questionable (factor in what you consider to be of good value to deliver/ship), but an in-town/ next town drive and back will run you around $70-$80 between taxes, fees, a dozen blankets, insurance waiver, gas, per-mile charge, and the van itself. Considering that the items I was delivering to my house cost me $320, it wasn't a terrible price to performance ratio, but keep that in mind.

Trailer was "clean enough" it was swept out and there wasn't any trash left behind but I was only moving a woodstove, it was definitely unacceptable if i were to be moving upholstered furniture. Hitch had no lubrication whatsoever on the latching mechanism, took 3 people and a rubber mallet to get it to let go of my tow ball

Not happy with how much i paid in miles 0.69. After being told the amount of 0.29 for miles as a day rental. After me signed for the cargo van receipt for what i was told in the amount of 0.29 for miles if i stay under 100 miles. the total amount of was 81 miles driving time. Unhappy because i was told how much it was going to be and was charged a different amount.

During a very difficult time in our lives, the young woman who took care of us (I believe her name was Deanna) was most certainly a very bright spot in our day !!!!! Could not have been treated any better !!! Would use her services again in a heartbeat !!!!

Every time I use the website I regret it. It hangs. It does this or that. Always an annoying..something. But the local place is just fine, and even the national phone support I had to use was serviceable.

The truck leaked everything we had on the floor was wet. The loading door did not operate properly, there was not stop to keep it from going up into the roof frame. The personnel were great and helpful but the truck was in poor shape, not their fault.

The 9 foot van had just under 6,000 miles. Looked brand new. I only used it for 50 miles, and topped it off at the gas station. It only took $4. Great.

The whole rental went very smoothly, my only complaint is that the van smelled like stale smoke, so we rode with the windows open.
