When my husband dropped off the vehicle, he and our son had scrubbed and swept it out. Someone called me (and she was snotty) and told me that the back of the truck stunk. I was not there, so I apologized and told her it was okay to deduct $60 from my account to clean it. Then my husband got home and told me that they actually did clean the hell out of the truck before they returned it. So we're out $60 because someone smelled something. Ridiculous.

The location was closed when I arrived (11:40am on a Wednesday) - the hours showed that they were open but the sign in the door said they take a 2 hour lunch.
I dropped the truck off and I called the location when they opened back up. The lady was nice and confirmed that the truck was delivered. She sent me my confirmation receipt.
Just being open during the posted hours is the only recommendation I have.

One of the straps was so frayed it was difficult to feed it through the slit. Once through, there was only about 6 inches to grab hold of. I use this store frequently, and they are always helpful and friendly.

It was rusted so bad we had a hard time useing the car dolly bad we was not happy at all very disappointed we paid over 50$ an because of the rust build up it took so much to get it to work we spent more time trieing to get the rust off we ended up having to wait another day just to move the car very frustrating

Need to keep equipment serviced. It cost me $320 for 2 guys to set while they were waiting for a mechanic to show up to look at truck, plus the cost of the uhaul. We had customers waiting for deliveries and we couldn't help them because we were broke down. I was very upset with service.
