I was charged a $10 cleaning charge after moving a table and 6 chairs. When I picked up the truck it had debris in the back and I brought it back with the same debris, not much, I am baffled at where this cleaning charge came from as the truck was returned in the same exact conditioned.. Please provide a picture of the truck before and after it was dropped off

I reserved a truck and when I picked it up at 10 am I was informed that he had rented out for 2:30 so I had to have it back by 2?? Wtf? So I rented a bigger truck because I was not sure if I could get back by then? So I payed extra and I made it back by 2

I returned the truck but before I put gas back in I can't pump the gas and watch the gas needle at the same time so it went pass the quarter tank to the full line. I would like to speak with someone on my refund for the gas that took it to the full notch

I will never pick up at Cigar and More again. The mileage on the truck was higher than what was on the sheet when I picked up the truck. So I was being charged for miles I never used. When I returned the truck, the key did not match the truck they show I rented.

There was an obvious mistake made when my paperwork was filled out. It stated the truck was at 7/8 gas upon me picking it up. The associate did not physically go out and check so maybe he had checked it earlier either way I simply drove off without verifying the level of gas. When I got to my destination to pick up my items I made a mental note that the level was a 3/4 tank. I only drove 4 miles to pick up my items. I then drove to my house unloaded and drove back to drop the truck off and stopped to get gas along the way. $10 got me back to 3/4 tank. A total of 12 miles I drove. The associate checking me in states I did not put gas in and called me a liar and asked for my gas receipt. I did not have one as I paid cash. I tried to explain that there's no way I used from 7/8 down to 3/4 by driving 12 miles so there was a mistake made from the beginning with the level. The person I returned to was different than when I picked up. The return associate is very rude and unprofessional. How dare he call me and my fiancé liars. I hope the truth is found out that there was a mistake from the beginning. Thank yoy

Took about 20 minutes to rent but guy was nice. Upon return another man didn't seem to care and when asked if I put gas in their I advised we only went 15 miles and it's still on full. He rolled his eyes

Make sure the trucks are better maintained. The side mirror kept moving while i was driving, it was hard to get to and from each location safely. The front of the truck was not clean. There was stuff in the cup holders and all over the steering wheel.

Our experience with Uhaul was horrible. 3 times it was rented out so we had to change locations to pick it up. We weren't able to pick it up the day we reserved it for then they would not let us return it closer to home. We'll never use uhaul again.

Dealer was very rude and not friendly. I filled the gas tank still he charged some extra money and also there is huge rain in our small mud was there in the driver carpet. He charged cleaning fee on me as well. The vehicle that i got is in very poor condition because unable to put Reverse gear and unable to adjust both side of mirror and parking brake is very to release. Totally I don't have very good on this rental equipment.

We reserved the U-Haul for a specific location so we can save on miles but they moved our reservation to another location that was far away. We were very upset about that. Then when we get to the new location the worker says that we a late, which it wasn't our fault. Then he still charges us the same price. I ask if we can cancel and booked again, “he said no you will loose your truck. So, we were very unhappy U-Haul lack of professionalism and gratitude they had for us paying customers.
