corperate had a mix up on the reservation for some reason they had it at a different location for pick up but the very efficiant people at Churchland U haul it in Portsmouth corrected the problem and got it all straightened up right away! You have great people Working for you in the Churchland Va Store Keep up the Great work !

Store wasn’t open to take my return. Had to return via mobile app. For people who are not tech fluent might be a hassle. Can’t fault any employees of location due to not being open “for maintenance” aside from the the move was competed the truck worked.

They were not on time for pick up, did not open on time. Did not have all requested items in stock. Did not get the invoice paperwork. Had to go to the office the next day. Owner did not answer phone for agent at desk. Overall not what you would expect. Appears to have management issues.

The truck I rented had several pieces of trash prior to my use. I cleared it out so I would not get charged for it. After I returned the truck, my invoice came and I notice was overcharged by more than $30. The mileage posted was off by more than a couple hundred miles. I went in to get it resolved and waited several minutes at the counter until someone came out to assist. She was too busy stuffing popcorn in her mouth as she tried speaking with me but could not seem to understand what my issue was so she proceeded to call her supervisor. He explained over the phone to me that somehow the mileage tracking for that truck had gotten messed up in the computer and had tried to fix it with my invoice. He stated he would take care of it but would not be back in the office for a couple more days. I let him know that was perfectly fine, I understand. That was four weeks ago. I returned to the store yesterday and explained the situation to someone different at the counter. He said it would be resolved by the following day (today). It was not. I just want my $35 back! A quick corrective credit should not take this long or have to go through so many different people

It was hard to find out their hours before going to drop off. I arrived and found that they were closed. An employee arrived while I was on site but did not acknowledge me with the trailer behind my truck. Fortunately, the awesome young man at the pick up site had given me instructions on how to return online so as not to be assessed extra fees. The online check in process was easy.

I picked up the vehicle and it was on empty. I mean running on fumes. The individual told me that if I had a 1/4 in the tank I would be reimbursed something. I left it with 3/8 and did not get anything. Seems to be a misunderstanding. Keven was helpful getting me the truck and helping me during the checkout.

Ask for Kevin. Kevin is unbelievably helpful. He will hook you up with the right equipment and then make sure it is safe to use and you are ready to go. Be patient if he is not at the counter when you arrive and know he is giving the best service possible to another customer.

I had the truck for a hour & half -2 hrs. I feel like I was charged too much. There was a hand written sign on the door that said will return at 3, I arrived at 230, the person didn't arrive until 310/315

Kind of pricey for mileage. Costs us almost $100. To move 1 bedroom stuff across town, 35 miles round trip. Not sure we could use this again due to mileage price.

Your reservation system could be more accurate in telling the probability of getting your preferred pick up location. This location was in an entirely different city and required me to pay 4 tolls to pick up. Kevin however was very friendly and accommodating. He made up for the inconvenience

They charged me for gas when I told him that they had the gas reading wrong. They didn’t correct it and they charged me 65, they didn’t credit it and customer service was no help at all. Go to Penske, Budget or Enterprise.

Very poor customer service! When we arrived to drop off the truck, we asked for the total and the uhaul worker stated that we would receive an email confirmation. He never gave us the total, but charged the card and sent us on our way. Every time we asked for the total he reiterated that we would receive an email confirmation. The customer service, based off of my experience with uhaul is terrible. I will not be using this service again.

No issues at all with the staff but it was a little hard to find (not familiar with the area). It is a small store in a strip mall hard to see from the main road and it is secondary for U-Haul and primary for another business of selling flea-market type items. Drop-off was easy.
