They were not on time for pick up, did not open on time. Did not have all requested items in stock. Did not get the invoice paperwork. Had to go to the office the next day. Owner did not answer phone for agent at desk. Overall not what you would expect. Appears to have management issues.

The truck I rented had several pieces of trash prior to my use. I cleared it out so I would not get charged for it. After I returned the truck, my invoice came and I notice was overcharged by more than $30. The mileage posted was off by more than a couple hundred miles. I went in to get it resolved and waited several minutes at the counter until someone came out to assist. She was too busy stuffing popcorn in her mouth as she tried speaking with me but could not seem to understand what my issue was so she proceeded to call her supervisor. He explained over the phone to me that somehow the mileage tracking for that truck had gotten messed up in the computer and had tried to fix it with my invoice. He stated he would take care of it but would not be back in the office for a couple more days. I let him know that was perfectly fine, I understand. That was four weeks ago. I returned to the store yesterday and explained the situation to someone different at the counter. He said it would be resolved by the following day (today). It was not. I just want my $35 back! A quick corrective credit should not take this long or have to go through so many different people

I have to compliment Kevin, who provided excellent customer service. He was very attentive to my needs, and thoroughly set the correct expectations. I would recommend anyone looking to rent a truck to seek him out.

It was hard to find out their hours before going to drop off. I arrived and found that they were closed. An employee arrived while I was on site but did not acknowledge me with the trailer behind my truck. Fortunately, the awesome young man at the pick up site had given me instructions on how to return online so as not to be assessed extra fees. The online check in process was easy.
