No one at this location knew anything about rentals and returns.. They need real help soon
Mark S.It was as if they'd never rented a truck before. I had done all the phone and email precheck-in. In-spite of all this it took 45 minutes to get the truck. The guy behind the counter couldn't operate the iPad or navigate the software. He was lost. He called someone for help, that didn't help. Finally he handed me keys and said take the truck.
