john A.Good Evening, Everything went incredibly well besides the following points: 1) I ordered a dozen furniture coverings and the pick-up location did not have any. The employee stated that "we do not have them because no one cleans them, so we do not give them out anymore." I would appreciate a refund for the (12) furniture coverings that I did not receive. 2) I did not request a dolly in the original transaction, however, it managed to end up in my cart during payment. I knew I was not going to use the dolly and I did not use the doll. Can this be refunded? Other than that, everything went very smooth. Please reach out to me with any questions. ¡Gracias!

James W.The hitch on the front of the trailer was ANGLED LOWER than what we had gotten previously, casuing the bracket we bought last time NOT to work. We bought another one from this dealer for ~$32, AND THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER! We had to buy ANOTHER one from Home Depot with a lower connection. THIS WAS NOT RIGHT!!
BURT L.I got there after 5pm. Wasn't aware it was a gas station with trucks pulled in behind. Was not aware of a drop of key box. Some what confusing. It worked out but I had reservations about it. Overall it wasn't a bad experience had I known what to expect
