The rental fee is higher than expected, so maybe consider lowering the fee for short term rentals. I only rented for less than 6 hours and had to pay nearly $100.00 plus extra for mileage

The driver and passenger side doors on the truck had to be slammed closed in order for the sensors to think they were closed. I'll never use the U-Haul mobile app again. That was an absolute disaster.
