There seemed to be a question whether I was suppose to drop off there or the other place in Green Valley. I must have looked tried, so she said we'll take them. Your done.

JASON WOODWARDEducate the staff on how to check out the equipment. The agent had to call someone for help four times during the checkout process. Then I was expected to find the proper trailer on the lot and hook it up myself.

Craig EsteppPick up location and truck was fine. Felt like I was being jerked around on my reservation. Was told there was not a truck of my requested size available for my use, even though I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance on there web site. While driving past the desired pick up location I saw plenty of trucks so I called the site directly and was told there was a truck available to use. Feel like U Haul corporation wanted me to pick up a truck from an obscure location and deliver it to a more desirable rental location. The only problem with that was it would have added an additional 1 to 2 hours of travel time to an already planned long day.

Jose PowellThe truck rubber piping that goes along driver side door was falling off. And not particular to the location but U-Haul in general, the customer service and app was appalling. I scheduled my rental a month in advance and confirmed the day before by phone for a remote self pick up. The day of the pick up, the app kept taking me to the website and wouldn’t take me through the steps to start my rental. I had to call customer service 3 separate times to get the matter resolved and was told my reservation was cancelled because I never confirmed it. Absolutely terrible service

Stewart TaggI was charged a cleaning fee because the store rep said they had to sweep the trailer. There was literally nothing to sweep when I dropped off the truck. They don't even review the returned truck with you. They ask you to sign a paper and say they'll check it later. Big mistake by me for letting this happen. This location is a shady business.
Andrew LopezThe staff were great…friendly and efficient in getting us the rental truck. The location is convenient and accessible also. The truck however was in disrepair that they may not have been aware of. The front windshield leaked across the entire top and the drivers door was not tight allowing for a lot of air noise.

John Mennathe truck was dirty both times i rented a truck this month, and both times, there were no moving supplies available. i went to a second UHaul location, which i was told does not answer his phone (!), and he had no furniture dollies as well. it is hard to maintain a schedule when you don’t have supplies which were featured prominantly on the UHaul website. We wound up having to delay our move to go in search of dollies fom a third party. 1. Better maintenance of vehicles 2. Better inventory control of offered moving blankets and dollies - or remove them from the UHaul website.
Richard LoweOverall the rental was ok. The ladies who checked the vehicle in and out were very nice. However, I am disappointed and frustrated with my charges. After reviewing my receipt the day after returning the truck (the check in isn't complete when you return) I noticed a fuel charge for two gallons of gas. The problem is I put three gallons of gas in at the gas station where I rented it. There two gallons and my three totaled five gallons. I only drove the truck SEVEN miles. I realize these trucks don't get good gas mileage but 1.4 gallons per mile? Really? I showed the documentation to the ladies at the rental counter and they said there wasn't much they could do but will call Uhaul. This shouldn't have ever got to this point. Be careful when renting from the location at Chevron in Green Valley across from Octopus Car Wash.

Thomas PiazzaThe service that I received from the associates on site was outstanding, and my rating reflects that. My concern is the onsite reservation process. If you are going to ask for two points of contact in case the person who is renting the truck does not return it, why not include that in the registration process instead of waiting until the customer is standing in the store? Also, during the online registration process, give a heads-up about having their cell phone since not everybody walks around with their cell-phone in their hip pocket.

VES SANTANGELOFYI. Victoria did an outstanding job. She has excellent customer service skills. She handled an abusive customer with aplomb. I would give her outstanding marks. The location suffers from being combined with a convenience store and some of the equipment is a fair ways from the office. I would definitely recommend this location with those caveats. Ronald BrownIn our contract it stated our drop off would on Casa Verde, a 1/4 of a mile from our house. We went to drop off the trailer on Casa Verde and the employee there looked it up and said we had to take it across town to another location. This is a u haul problem not the individual location. There was an employee at GV Chevron, but she was too busy to assist. I'm glad there was 2 of us because there was no one available to help with the trailer. The employee here was nice but too busy to help.
Patricia KarelsThe pickup and trip went without a hitch. However the return did not. I received an email with the drop off point at Camino Casa Verde, Green Valley AZ. When I showed up the manager told me I was wrong. He claimed he hadn't received any communication showing I was to drop it there. I showed him my email and told him I was going to leave the trailer there anyway. He told me I had to go to the other location in Green valley otherwise I'd be charged a late fee as he wasn't going to check it in despite my email. I went to the other location and got the same bunch of crap. I started to call U-Haul and they researched it to find out the other location was the right one. She checked it in anyway. A complete waste of time. I give the Chevron location an average. Casa Verde a Below Average. This is clearly a non priority add on business for both locations.
