" Basically I dropped it off via the app. It would have been very helpful if they at least had a WIFI available as using the app asks that you upload several photos and with our a good network connection this can be time consuming and difficult.James E.

I had an online reservation for 11:00am. I get to the store(uhaul is inside a shell station) the gas station owner said uhaul person wouldn't be in till 12. Called area manager Kevin. He stated they should be there. So he called associate and couldn't get ahold of him. So I waited till 12. Still no uhaul associate. Was told they would be in at 2. Even though they were suppose to be open at 11am. Finally the owner of the gas station told area manager he would help me if it was ok. Gas station owner told Kevin the uhaul associate is never there and he has to deal with uhaul services. So area sales manager allowed gas station owner (matthew) to give us keys. So I wasted 2 hous was not able to get uhaul until 1:00 even though I had reservations at 11:00. Same issue when I returned uhaul at 1:00 nobody was there to book in. Very unprofessional experience. I am thankful Kevin and matthew worked together to help me the best they could. But if I can help it I will not rent from uhaul ever again. Customer service is horrible. And wasted alot of our timeMatthew C.

Make sure Uhaul is clean inside/out - front back - Prior Customers paperwork was inside & also cigarettes - the back of the Uhaul was dirty. The person checking us in was very rude - "Alicia" & finally called the District Manager on the phone. I spoke with him also - he said ALL she had to do was put in reservation # & we could be on our way... 25 minutes later - we finally got to leave -- She kept telling Me that I didn't have to have an attitude when all I was telling her was I had already filled out all the information... The man that rented us was late in to big a hurry to leave, he did not check the truck out. He left as soon as he finished the paper work. The truck he gave us something was wrong with it. The other man in the store gave us another truck.Robbie W.

When I dropped off the truck, I just handed the gentleman my keys and left. There was no inspection of the truck while I was still on the premises.Tim E.
I wanted a receipt and someone to look and sign for the truck. The cashier didn't speak English and had to call his son to talk to me who just said he would check out and mail me the receipt. I have rented from several U-Hauls in the past and Brenda (U-Haul Agent) provided the best customer service I have received at any moving business. She was very understanding (even from the initial phone call since I was a little late trying to book a truck with a ramp). Very helpful and very reasonable with fees.jimmy B.
