I was notified two days before my rental that my preferred location did not have the equipment I reserved. This notification should have happened much sooner.

I forgot the guy's name working there but he was extremely helpful, courteous, and nice. It was very appreciated as we were under a lot of stress with needing to get a truck ASAP to move. I will 100% recommend Cherokee for moving and storage needs.

We filled the gas tank back to 1/4 tank Where it was when we started and were still charged an additional $50 for gas.

Could not access truck because Uhaul app said that I had to "edit my registration" which was not possible to do through app. I called customer service and waited on the phone for 30 mins for a representative to pick up. Ultimately, the movers that I schedule had 45 mins of downtime prior to my arrival which I had pay them at a rate of $100/hr. Because of the app not working properly, I lost $75 worth of labor. I'd like to discuss this with a manager at Uhaul. I'm not happy with your service and I may look elsewhere in the future.

No Uhaul sign on Hwy 16. It's in a strip mall around the back. If it weren't for Google Maps, I'd not have found it.
