Jason PI hope to get a refund on this. I scheduled this truck with a furniture dolly as well as a regular dolly, and I needed them for a big move. I saw on the website it was guaranteed or else I would get $50, but only after I was at the payment step was I told that they were no longer available, which made my move in 3x as long. Also, it took 10-15 minutes for a representative to come to the desk to help me in the beginning, which also made me late for the elevator time in my building and thus I could not finish. Not only this but also when I came to drop the truck off at night in the parking lot, the gate was locked and there was no entrance!!!!!!!! I waited 20 minutes for customer support and only after a random person came by to pick up his truck (not Uhaul) was I able to get into the lot. And to top all this off, I was charged for insurance and I never wanted it and specifically told the clerk that I did not want insurance. This was a miserable experience, and I hope to at least get money back for the insurance at the very minimum
Matthew CThe staff was amazing, what i didn't like was that the truck didn't come with a padlock. I don't know if this is something new, but every time i rent a uhaul before it comes with one. I was forced to waste time and extra money looking for a packlock even when i was on a rush. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Kaela KI declined insurance on vehicle. I have my owned insurance yet still charge for it. I also told customer service about this issue which was noted that I declined insurance but still I was charged.
