Got good advice at drop off location. They explained to me why I was accused of stealing a trailer. Apparently the dealer has to hook it up to your vehicle. Who knew? Good advice for the future.

Had no idea how to pick up my vehicle mobile style. Took about 45 min to pick up and the written instructions were not in proper English nor spelled properly and therefore were impossible to understand

I only drove for 10 miles (16 kms) and I am quite sure about it. But when I see the final bill, I was charged $25 for millage, which was more than 20 miles (32 kms). I called them to explain but they insisted their records was correct. I can't prove myself. But this is really a bad experience.

We dropped off after hours. Glad we had a trailer that was easy to take off and push into A good parking place.

Hidden cost is there, I rented only one dolly and charged for two. I am not sure what do you mean by “After hours service charge”. When I completed the self check up, I highlighted that I am not happy about the charges and no body called me. I am really frustrated about that.

Certainly the key drop off system needs to be improved. The key I had couldn't fit in the drop box and I had no idea how to drop off at night. After a while I dropped off the key in the main door of the shop. This was not informed earlier and could have saved my time. Just a suggestion to improve the system or inform customers next time the best way to return keys off business hours. Thanks

This is the 2nd time renting from this place vis cell phone checking but had to extend twice which they did instantly. I would recommend this location to anyone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The location was excellent! Charlie & Son Auto is both professional and helpful. Uhaul's corporate team on the other hand are pathetic and bring to mind a bunch of monkeys flinging their poop around. Also, your App is best described as amateurish and mostly dysfunctional.

Excellent service. Nice to see Covid-19 precautions taken seriously. Exceptionally friendly service. All exchanges were on time and easy to coordinate. Answered all questions. As a first-time UHAUL user, I cannot stress the value of this service. Moving was easy, clean, and efficient! The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this location and service!

It was a convenient location for us. The office is a smoking office so the smoke smell was a bit overwhelming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The van was relatively clean. Had an empty water bottle rolling around in the back. Otherwise, a fine experience. Thank you.

I had a issue with the windshield wipers. Was a snowy day and had troubles keeping my windshield clean to drive safely. Better replace them asap. Other than that the experience was positive.

I appreciated the kind and helpful staff. Opportunities for improvement center around the idiosyncrasies of each vehicle. The less traditional gear shift mentod on the dash took a few minutes to fid/figure out and it could have been nice to have an indicator showing how this functions #millenialproblems

I was extremely disappointed in the pick up aspect of our experience with U-Haul. I was told via voicemail that the rental would be available for pick up when this location opened. We arrived after 9a and were told it wouldn't be available until 12p. We needed having to wait over 2hrs and stall our packing and loading which derailed our entire day. When we returned, the truck we received seemed like the exact truck that was sitting there when we arrived in the morning. Overall, very annoying experience on a very stressful day.

The location at Charlie and son as well as the man who helped and services our rental was amazing. The only issue I have is with uhaul itself. The deciding factor I had between uhaul and another source was the 69c/km, that's y I choose uhaul, but now when Bill arrives uhaul charged me $1.11/m. I'm a single mother which was moving already due to financial issues so even Though your lies don't affect u 1%, to others aka me it means a signufcant dent or issues in my life wether it's shortage on food for the week or a bill like hydro or water now not being paid. It does hurt.

Overall, a good experience in terms of courtesy, expediency, and a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Rental counter is a desk in a small office at an automotive repair facility, that when I came in was full of second-hand cigarette smoke. Beyond the health and safety (and illegality) aspects, it was especially unpleasant as a non-smoker to conduct business in that space. To give benefit of the doubt, weather might have been a factor -- perhaps smoking usually takes place outside and this is less of an issue.
