We needed a truck last minute and Harley was great. She set us up with a 10’ truck that was perfect for what we needed and return was very easy. I don’t remember the other ladies name, but she was great with check in as well. Our last move we used budget, but we will definitely be using uhaul from now on. Great team and location!

Vehicles ac was having issues on a 95 degree day. Steering and suspension were not confidence inspiring. Red Ants were coming out of the dashboard. Video available.

She said I'd get a 26' for the process of a 15' and when I showed up, the dumb cunt than says " oh, we're out of those" ok fine we whatever. Than in the midst of A HURRICANE she tells me there less than a quarter of a tank of gas...the fucking gas stations are out of gas because everyone has sucked them dry....than I get into the truck and there are literally 100s of ants in the cab. Must have been parked on an ant hill. What an awful first experience and I will definitely not be recommending uhaul. And prove to me that you actually read these and reply to me.

When I turned the truck in they never gave me a Final Bill. They said I would receive one via email and any difference in the charges would be billed or credited to my card. I have never heard anything back from them as far as the final bill or charges.

First and foremost, refine the check-in process so that it does not take 30 plus minutes to get a copy of my drivers license. Until that process is refined, do not force me to stand there and wait for such a simple task to take place. The A/C on the truck I rented did not work properly. The blend doors do not redirect air flow to where you want it. There is also a brake issue with the front left brake that causes massive vibration when braking.

The truck was ant infested. I showed the manager , when I returned the truck. There was a line of ants coming out of rear wall of the truck. All of my boxes are now full of ants. The internet at the center has been down for two days, long wait times.

I was contacted by a woman at this store who was very rude when telling me my reservation was being canceled because they do not participate in U-Hauls 1-month free storage program. Not professional!!

I gave a thirty day notice of moving out of the storage unit and was charged for the full month of January and not a pro-rated amount as explained to me when we initially rented unit.
