dick lThere was no dollie in the truck, and there was no moving blankets in the bag in the back of the truck.I had to purchase a new dollie from Harbor freight, and also a bunch of moving blankets.

LANCE EUsually the trailer hook ups are "do it yourself". It would be nice if the personnel would offer to help as some of the trailers are heavier than they look and the safety of the correct hookup (lights and all) is important and hard to do by yourself.

Nichlos cYou advertise that doing the rental online saves time. But it dosent. It’s the worst system I’ve ever used. I got timed out twice due to uhal employee/ system errors. Took over an hour to get my truck rented. The online rental system sucks

Brad MPhone reservation needs to be addressed. Not all the equipment is new. What's on the U-Haul's website is not always at the site pickup. Customer service needs to be aware of this.

Chip VIt was a little confusing where to drop it off since it was almost like it was someone's backyard. Drive way was very icy and not well maintained, but easy drop off.

Amy KChad’s towing was a little confusing to pick up at. It wasn’t clean or inviting although Chad himself was very kind. The truck I got was very new, extremely clean and ran like a charm. I purchased moving blankets to use and they also were clean, folded and bagged. Chad explained that a UHaul representative is the one who comes and inspects the trucks in between uses which helped with my concerns. I had to move my pick up date back twice and got nothing but good help from UHaul. All in all I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will say I bonded with that truck on my long haul with her!

Mark HThe cab was not clean, it reeked of smoke and had garbage in the cab. The customer service was excellent and they gave us an extra day on our rental. The Uhaul app made booking and returning the truck very easy.
Jeffry PHad to have one of the tires filled with air before i left; not a significant issue but I was glad I had it checked before I left. It was quite low. Would be helpful if the truck was checked before it is rented.

Top notch customer service and they made the pick up and drop off super easy. They even let me use some hand trucks and appliance hand trucks in case I needed them. Stephen FOver the years, Chad's Towing has been my number one place to go to, by far. Chad's and his team are so helpful. They go out of their way to give us great service. I always recommend them to others.
John BAfter renting the truck, loading it and prepping for our early morning departure the following morning, I discovered a plastic container under the middle seat in the cab of the truck. This container turned out to have pot in it. While I understand that this may be legal in IL it is not in every other state in which I had to transit through. The truck could not have been cleaned after the previous renters. This could have possibly put myself, wife and child in a horrible situation and is completely unacceptable. I do have pictures of the plastic container and its contents as well if you would like to see it. This has made me very hesitant to rent from your company again.

Christopher MTruck was not maintained well - there was water in the cab when entering the truck. The lining of the ceiling was hanging down and damp from rain. Smelled very mildewly.

WILLIAM JGood experience. Truck was clean. Check oil light was on, but the gentlemen in the office told me it had something to do with the gas cap and that they were just waiting on the part. Did not affect the truck at all.
