staff at office is nice, but the truck is in poor condition, I wasted 6 hours to wait for having the truck get repaired (Replace new battery) , which let me wasted 200+ for moving guys and I have to move all things by myself:(

Please inspect vehicle thoroughly before renting, especially for long trips. The previous renter is not responsible for identifying vehicle faults. They will get away with it if they have to due to liability.

I didn't go to this location I went to 9800 Martin Luther King Junior Highway location and they were great there especially Daniel has great customer service

Not obvious how to return the truck after hours. There were only 2 other uhauls in the parking lot, so it wasn't obvious what to do with the one I was dropping off. Ended up dropping off key in the mail slot, but signage would have been helpful.

It is very expensive, total cost for just one day for 98 total miles to include gas was 200 dollars!!!!!

The truck was very clean,but the passenger mirror was of know use. It only went in two positions & neither view was safe. The transmission sounded as if at an minute it was going quit.

Make sure order is confirmed- leave a message on the phone or ijndicate steps need to be taken. Talk clearly and explain what you are doing with the customer.

They closed the line in my face when I was contacting them trying to find their location. I spent 50 minutes till I found them. It was really disrespectful behavior.
