Truck was not at location for 4 hours. However this was not pickup locations fault as the people renting were the cause. Rental location tried to find another truck and then gave some discounts when our truck shows up late. Very nice people running location.

Signage is very poor - hard to find where the office was located. The building is labeled, "Direct TV." There is a small, about 1 foot square, UHaul sign on the door, that was hard to spot. There was only one person working the office, and she was busy with other customers. I finally used the U-haul app to return my trailer. My experience with the call center and the website is BAD! Please improve the ability of your website to handle traffic during the peak moving seasons, and your call center to reduce ridiculously long times on hold.

We had set up everything online beforehand, and the 24/7 rideshare was not available like we thought it would be and I had to call to get things figured out; I was worried because we had a relatively small window for our moving schedule. Fortunately, the manager (?) that I called was helpful in getting it all smoothed out, but I experienced a little extra, seemingly unnecessary stress.

The receptionist at time of pick up was very nice and professional. On the other hand, the lady at time of return was extremely rude, unprofessional, she was condescending, she couldn't answer questions about equipment return. She should be fired immediately.

Office Building is DIRECTV, no signs for u-haul pickup. I saw the u-haul trucks, and was simply going to the building next door to ask where the u-haul office was. They need a sign or instructions to go to the DirecTV office to fill out the rental paperwork. Also, the automatic door wouldn't open when I walked up, so I thought the location was closed. If I had not been persistent in knocking on the door, I would have walked away and given my business to another location.
