Neil VMy truck was very dirty this time, with about 7 blankets and dirt and old straps in the cargo box. The cabin had a garbage bag full of something, and a bb gun under the passenger seat from a previous renter, which led me to reach out to the police to confiscate, as it looked like a real handgun. Overall a very stressful and unnecessary experience. It seems like no employees checked the truck before my rental. I’ll look for other uhaul locations next time.

Jerimiah LCell reception at this location was 1 bar out of 4 for us (AT&T), which made pulling up our reservation and getting the car difficult. It would be good if there were another way to check in here given this problem.

Larry GI had to drive the truck like it was standard going from Drive to 3rd Drive to 3rd. It seemed like it was gonna overheat if I didn’t change gears. Guys are awesome with a long history of being residents in the area tho

chellise mNot sure if the rental brochure tells you what ball you need for a trailer .we had 2 1/2 ball which we use all the time and the trailer needed a 2 inch ball . It might be my fault but if not make sure You have the right size ball

jerry pHad issue picking up the truck had to wait on my phone on hold for over 40 minutes. Also lock box was coated in huge spiders and was disgusting. Someone could at least spray the lock box so you could get the key without having a family of spiders crawl on u

Chante' BPlease ensure the gas tank is ACTUALLY full and doesn't just look full. I checked before leaving and the needle was on 'F' as depicted by the illustration. After using the van, and traveling a total of 6 miles, I went to fill the tank and the tank took 4 gallons costing around $20. Clearly the previous customer had not filled the tank. I mentioned this to the person who I returned the keys to, and he just said I should have followed the instructions.
