GLADYS SI would honestly not change anything! I had the best customer service experience add that U-Haul I have had with any Business in quite a long time and that's even including restaurants and retail.
Michael WPlease check UHAUL truck mileage and fuel levels before renting out trucks. When picking up the UHAUL in Florida, the gas tank was just over a quarter filled, and the people who rented me the truck stated "return the truck with the same amount of gas you picked it up at" (which was just over a quarter tank and they would have known that if they checked the truck). When returning the UHAUL in Indiana with more than a quarter tank of gas, the company charged me 60 bucks for not having it at a half tank, which was higher than what it was when I picked it up. When dropping the truck off in Indiana, the odometer mileage this location had on file showed that I had drove the truck 60,000 miles. Which is impossible in 4 days, the charge would have been 20,000+ dollars. The charge was thankfully not added after being helped by the UHAUL location in Indiana where I dropped my rentals off. This location, the Florida one (Castle Keep Storage) needs to check their trucks more carefully before renting them out to "valued customers".

My pick-up was an emergency due to my best friend's dangerous situation that I wanted to get her out of. Cathy LI was lied to about the whole process. Told if I used a card I would not be charged a deposit and I was still charged one then they charged $40 over what the total would be even w deposit. The lady didnt even know what truck was mine to use and on the 3rd one finally got it right. But still way over charged me. Wish I had waited to use a friends truck and trailer. However my drop off location in Lakeland was wonderful. A little slow but the lady did all she could to help me.

william cwhen we rented the trucks we reserved at a different location and was switched by uhaul a day before. we rented on friday, no issues. we also rented on monday and the person working there was very rude. we had reserved 3 dozen blankets and he could have cared less that they did not have them and told me to drive the truck to another location and see if they have them, of course all while paying for mileage. due to no blankets it cost me more time with movers and more miles because they could not pack the truck correctly se we had to make 2 trips. we called the main office and a manager called us back and told us he would call me back the next day. OF COURSE NO PHONE CALL!!!! we will go with another company moving forward

margaret mMy family was attacked by fire ants as we did a walk by I had to take my shoes off and drive out barefooted my daughter is on antibiotics due to infection from the bites and my boyfriends hands were bitten trying to get the ants off our daughter.

brad mI rented a flatbed to haul my Mustang behind my RV. When I pulled out the ramps, they were covered with dirt so I had to use my broom to clean them off. That evening, around 11pm as I was towing my car north on I 95 in Georgia, the left rear tire on the flatbed blew out, leaving a spray of sparks as the wheel rim hit the road.I waited for only about one hour to have U Haul send road service with a complete new wheel so at least that part was good.

vikki hThey didn't explain everything about the car hauler... I didn't know about the fender folding (to get out of the car)down until we turn the hauler in Michigan...
Robert YIncompetent management and personnel. Someone should be fired for the horrible threats and accusations sent to me by voice mail. I will attempt to contact your corporate office and my attorney if necessary on this matter. I hope upper management will correct this mistake and issue me a formal apology via e- mail gregchomiak@yahoo.com
