It was $65 to rent and I filled up $16 for gas. Ultimately $82 for a day is pretty nice thanks uhaul.👍🏿

First, the store location was dirty, store staff weren’t very friendly and there were several homeless/some drug addicted people hanging-out inside (stealing candy bars) and outside of the store (living in the back of the two U-Haul trucks and in tents). After I paid, at the counter, I walked to the truck, got in, started the engine and put it in drive. While slowly driving away, a yelling man chased the truck and began screaming, while banging on the drivers window. Apparently, the truck was his home and he was sleeping in it. He was angry, because I’d rented his home and I was driving away with his bed, blue suitcase and a plethora other items. This situation was unexpected, dangerous and infuriating, all at the same time. I’ve rented a lot of U-Haul trucks, in the past, but NEVER from a dirty location, with homeless people everywhere and even homeless people living in the back of the truck, I paid to rent. My safety was, very much, a concern from the moment that I drove up and under no circumstance would I have been able to leave my car there, at that crime ridden location. My car would have been missing, after renting the truck for two days. After this, traumatizing experience, I definitely will NEVER rent a truck from this location, again. In addition, IF I ever do business with U-Haul, again, I will make certain to inspect the location, first, for my own personal safety and protection. Apparently, this is something that U-Haul, the extremely large corporation isn’t doing. My suggestion, to U-Haul, is to be much, much more careful who you select to rent out your trucks, because it is a clear and direct reflection on your company and your companies standards.

I thought I was over charged, the gas wasn't filled up, making it hard to figure out the amount of gas to put in, also no contract was given, making it hard to know what was expected and the condition of the truck before and after, no inspection was conducted. Before the rental.

1) when I arrived the uhaul wasn’t ready. I was supposed to have it at 4 PM. It took until 4:30 before I got the keys in hand. I had to pick up a couch at exactly 5 and was almost late as a result. 2) when I arrived, the gas station manager or owner was having issues with the uhaul application so some uhaul employee by the name of Jason was there. I handed the manager my ID to begin the check out process. The uhaul employee (Jason) said “that isn’t you!” As he took my ID in his hand. He looked at the ID and accused me of identity theft. I am transgender and have been unable to go to court to change my name. It has my legal name which is typically a woman’s name and it says I am female. I am trans masculine. I was on hormone replacement therapy at the time the photo was taken except I had shaved my beard in the photo. It is clearly me in the photo. Jason continued to accuse me of identity theft and then I asked him if he had ever met a transgender person before. Jason got irate and told me he doesn’t support being transgender and doesn’t agree with it. He continued to bash transgender people and said that it wasn’t right and all of these other awful things. Both him and the manager asked me for a second form of identification which I did not have at the moment but could’ve gotten. I showed them my debit cards which matched the name on my ID. Jason yelled at me and said he was the manager of the local uhaul area and he said he would refuse to rent a uhaul to me because I’m trans. Eventually I got him to stop after he screamed in my face for a good 5 minutes. Toward the end of the checkout process, he gave me a weak apology. I played along to get his name. I have never in my life been treated this way. I have never had issues with my life. I am currently speaking to the ACLU and some other legal services in the area that specialize in discrimination cases. I already contacted uhaul but have heard nothing back. If I do not hear anything by next week, I will begin the litigation process and take UHAUL to court over discrimination and harassment based upon me being transgender. I will take this all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to. It is incredibly dangerous for me to be outed like that in public and I did not deserve being screamed at. I thought Jason was going to try to fight me at various points of our argument. The manager of the store did nothing to stop this. And finally, when I opened up the back to inspect, it appeared as if someone had been living in the back of the uhaul. It smelled strongly of alcohol and cigarettes and BO. There were used needles in it. I had to use this because I was already late for an appointment. This is the worst rental service I’ve ever had and this gas station should be ashamed of its self and embarrassed. Again, I’m talking to the ACLU and other services. If uhaul doesn’t reach out and Rectify this situation, I’ll be suing.

The app didn’t work which delayed my pick up. I rented two furniture movers and they weren’t included. The clerk at the gas station said that 10 FT trucks don’t have furniture movers. The original location that I was supposed to pick up the truck wasnt available and I was rerouted to a different location which was very inconvenient. Not a great experience overall.

Make sure the console is clean in the truck. The location was convenient but pretty sketchy neighborhood. An actual brick and mortar U-haul location would have been much nicer.

I ordered the u-haul online and when we arrived to pick up we were sent to another location. We arrived there and were again sent to another location where we finally received our truck. If the vehicles are not available at the requested location your customers should be notified prior to showing up so it does not waste their time or your companies time.

Fuel was at a quarter tank less then full and they still wanted me to fuel it all the way up and then charged me cause I put it back where I got it at.

This location is not only confusing but the person who works at the gas station was rude and unhelpful. I ask multiple times about the uhaul key drop box but he insisted there is no place to park. At the end he asked me to just hand him the key which was strange and confusing...it's just a gas station with Uhaul drop off point?? Please consider making things a bit more clear UHaul.

The e-mail confirmation of my reservation for a 15' truck suggested "on-line check-in" to hasten the vehicle pick up process. I spent about 45 minutes opening an account, up loading photos of my driving license, etc. There was never a confirmation that the check in process had worked and after repeating it three times I gave up. The truck was quite old, with about 110,000 miles on the odometer. It made the trip but it was noisy and rough riding. I thought that charging nearly $2 per mile for such equipment might have been OK for something relatively new, it seemed a bid much for an end-of-life vehicle.

The Casino Road folks had their act together. HOWEVER - The original reservation was thru the U-Haul Corporate location located at 6443 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA. The gals in that office are not tuned into the moving experience. It appeared to me they are overwhelmed with customers. I had to scout my own Pick-Up/Return location & I had to manage my own storage. U-Haul has picture job aid showing a 10 ft truck = TWO U-Boxes, yet they didn't read the pictures on the job aid. I actually went into the 6443 Evergreen Way location to review. They had so many customers standing in line another customer - who used to work for U-Haul - actually helped me understand a U-Box was way TOO SMALL for a 10 ft truck! Customers were helping other customers!!! Luckily, I'm a very good project manager & Quality Assurance Manager! I'm retired, but I'm working more than ever because Corporate America companies are that messed up!!!!

This location is fraudulent and overcharged for days that I never used and calls and harasses me every other day since my rental which was the first week in June, if uhaul doesn't make this right or correct this problem then you will be hearing from my lawyer. I havent rented from uhaul since the 2nd of June but just recieved another uhaul receipt saying I returned the truck as of today

It was Utterly Terrible! The "Move help" I PREPAID FOR through U Haul website WAS A NO SHOW and I am out the $205.95, until you refund that amount I have nothing good to say about U Haul, here or on-line. This is not the fault of the location, but of the move help contractor. It is up to UHaul to refund my money however

When you make the reservation a few weeks before the scheduled pickup, it would be great to be able to have all the equipment you rented at the same location!! I spent a couple hrs driving around to pick up the equipment!!!

This transaction from start to finish was AWFUL; the office that called to confirm pickup was beyond rude and unhelpful deciding they would just hang up on my. When I called back, the manager refused to give me corporate's information. When I got it myself, I reached out to them with no response. When I scheduled the pickup, I told them the time and they for some reason scheduled it for 4 hours earlier and when the driver picked up the truck, the first thing the associate said was, "You're late." He then tried to write my credit card number down on paper that needed to be read over the phone until the driver said, NO! Just put it in the computer. Absolutely awful, horrible experience!

Truck was covered in snow, even though I had a reservation made 2 days prior to picking it up. I also had to go and buy chains for the vehicle since I was driving over a mountain pass in the winter. I don't fully understand why you don't provide them since you could just charge the customer if they are not present at the time of return. Very disappointing and it will factor into my decision making when I need to rent a truck in the future.

Maybe offer a wi-fi connection... I had a hard time getting my phone to upload photos, etc. and I very rarely have those issues. I know it's a phone provider-issue... but that would be a nice little service.

Extremely unprofessional. This uhaul is run out of a gas station. The person we filled out paperwork with was hard to understand. I wasn't given any receipts and was charged twice on my credit card.

I've rented hauls before this was weird. Nobody checked the mileage or shape of the vehicle at pick up. The drop off was worse. The man at the counter simply took the key and asked if I needed a receipt. He was in the middle of a conversation,during my drop off, ,and I clearly interrupted them. I said no I didn't need a receipt, thinking he would check the mileage and gas, but didn't until I said yes I need a receipt to see what I will be charged. He seemed irritated and handed his buddy the key to go check it for him. There was no customers in the store. It was an uncomfortable feeling that I was renting a product from a company that didn't seem to care about a vehicle I was spending money on. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

When I first rented the truck I was told it had 3/4 tank of gas when actually it only had 1/2 tank of gas. I was charged for 6 gallons of gas ($30.00). I had to go to the back of the establishment to get the dolly myself and checkout too forever. Trash was left inside the truck under the chairs and cab smelled like mildew. No Aux outlet in truck and no backup camera like other trucks. I usually rent a truck at SAS food, but since it was just walking distance for where I live I thought I would give it a try, big mistake and wrong decision. I should have rented at SAS food.

gas station attendants had no idea what they were doing. it took an hour to get my truck even though I checked in online. got into the truck and the gas was on E. my cost was estimated at 50 ish dollars yet I was charged 70. terrible terrible expirence.
