The 24/7 pickup is horrible. Nowhere does uhaul tell you that you need three people on standby to verify your ID. Nor does it tell you a passport would work. Could’ve brought one. I’ll never do that dumbass check in again.

Matthew BIt’s really important to have the requested truck size available at the location agreed upon at the time someone books with UHaul. I was very disappointed when I got a phone call telling me that I needed to pick up my truck an hour away from my house. That was very inconvenient! Instead, I was only given the option to get the next smallest truck, which didn’t fit all my stuff. I think UHaul should have at least offered me a trailer to compensate the difference of the truck.
