After hours drop off went extremely well. Drop off process was simple - using my cell phone. The lot was easy to find, clean and organized with room to park and the key drop box was clearly marked and easy to locate.

JEFFREYLYNN S.Answering the phone when a customer calls would be a huge improvement. This location opens at 8:00am, I called several times after 8:00am and nobody answered the phone. I even called after 9:00am and nobody answered, it was very frustrating. Other than that, the service was good.

CHERYLA W.Your 800 lines and regional manager telephone lines in VA are terrible. Each time I called, I spent over 45 minutes waiting. And when I called the 800 lines, waited for 45 minutes they said to call Regional. I called 4 times, 3 times waited over 30 minutes and got cut off and finally someone answered on the 4th time after waiting 45 minutes. You need to fix phone lines

WILLIAMH B.I find it ridiculous that to change drop off locations, you would be double charged for the rental. It is confusing as to whether you can just drop off the keys in the dropbox or whether it's required that you have to check the vehicle back in with your phone.

I had to break the seal on the equipment only because it was in the way of me packing the u-haul I literally could not fit anything past the giant Dali and whatever else was hanging on the wall.. KENNETHGARY B.The roll up door locking mechanism was very difficult to close. The latch did not meet properly and had to be forced to close and lock. I have rented many trailers over the years and this was definitely not normal.

When I called to reserve the truck, I said I wasn't sure exactly when I'd need to pick it up but estimated 10:30am, but the agent on the phone said it didn't matter if I picked it up at exactly that time because the 4 hour rental would be begin when I picked it up. I arrived about noon and followed all the instructions I had for mobile pick up 5-6 times but never saw the button. Eventually I called to get clarification and another agent reset the time to 12:15, and the button showed up immediately. I'd recommend either having the pick up option stay longer visible in the U-Haul.com account or let people know if they miss their pick up by more than X minutes they'll have to call to have it reset
