Put on the wrong size trailer then when I returned the one that was dragging the back of my car on the ground and they knew about the issue, they wouldn’t let me rent the smallest trailer. Told me my car couldn’t hold any trailer… They also overcharge everyone which is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

bill GronauIt took me over an hour and a half to locate a uhaul location to drop the trailer. Our pick up location provided 4 locations, none of which would “accept” the trailer. I had to call Guilford CT location to secure a drop off point. Terrible!

Joe EdensWe did an after hours pick up and the wrong keys were left. We spent well over an hour on the phone rectifying the situation. The regional call center in Charlotte was very helpful and were not technically our region, but helped us anyway. I can't say enough good things about them. However getting the wrong keys, was a huge problem.

eva JAcksonAlthough I was told I would not be charged I would still charge an extra $400 when I delayed bringing it back due to a hurricane which probably saved you $200,000 with the possible damage of a U-Haul truck not taking it through a hurricane but waiting for it to pass also my wife was having medical issues and have documentation saying she was not safe to travel until we could return it and was told I would not be Charged but was charged anyway would like my money back scene I saved you over 200,000 or whatever cost it does cost for U-Haul truck in all my belongings of course which are priceless

Thomas FarrellDon't understand why after downloading my drivers license and paying for the trailer I still have to give them both. Don't understand why it takes over 20 minutes to do paperwork when it was done online. System needs major update to speed up process.
