Noone was there to assist with pickup although I had a reservation that was during their listed open hours on Uhaul. A representative drove by and told me to just grab the trailer. The dolly i requested and paid for was not in the trailer and I then had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service to get my trailer checked out.
