Elizabeth WDirty Interior Cab, Gas showed 3/4 gas instead of the 7/8 gas mark shown me at check-in. I had to figure out myself how to open the inside the bed, use the ramp, check the lights, blinkers, etc instead of someone showing me. The mirrors were adjusted for someone taller than my 5'5" height so I had to find a wrench to adjust the mirrors so I could use them properly on both the driver and passenger side. Due to computer connection issues, it took me 30 minutes to check- in and no instruction how to operate or use anything in the cab or rear compartment bed. The windshield was dirty and full of bugs. It was nice using U-Haul, but owners should take more pride in servicing return vehicles and show the proper markings on how much gas is in the vehicle. U-Haul owes me for at least 5 gallons of gas that cost 3.549 per gallon or $17.75

Gregory KThe guy at New London Mn U-Haul was excellent. He went over everything with us. He showed us everything about the rental trailer. Gave us safety information and hooked up the trailer and made sure the lights worked properly. Excellent guy.

James HI kind of expected a receipt or something acknowledging the return of the vehicle in it's same great condition with a full tank of gas. I got nothing and hoped all would be ok.
