Brandon WWell I've already complained and have been having trouble getting ahold of anyone. I showed up to the place to get the uhaul they were closed so i had to go to a different one them I get the truck get it loaded gas tank says full get literally a mile down the road and the car breaks down. We waited for awhile then my friend said he thought the gas was out so he brought me gas then I went to the gas station hmget almost 100 in gas in it to find out its been pouring out the bottom of the uhaul so I lost alot of money then having to drive it 100 miles with gas pouring out. Had to add another 30 to get it back to r reurn it. I am so mad I spent wayyyyyyyyyy more than I should've didn't get tonfinishball my stuff couldn't get back into the storage because they closed because of the truck breaking down and everything aoni didn't even get all my stuff moved. And now I'm fighting to even hear from someone because I believe after all this I deserve my money back for what I paid to rent the uhaul. I'm really upset and may never use uhaul again after this. It shouldn't be this hard to deal with an issue with a company this large!!!

Jasen HThe location I booked my truck at did not have any trucks available and they had me drive from Reno to Fernley to pick up a truck then charged me for the mileage. Completely unacceptable.

L CMoving rates are excessive for local moving. $1.09 a mile is excessive.
