Villafana SNo we had no idea where to drop off key or truck.Uhaul cutomer service tried to help but it took an hour of waiting at the location to get any directions on where to leave the truck being noone was there.And key drop box was locked inside the gate.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe back of the truck was not swept, I was not given a receipt, nobody did an inspection with me, the owners step mom was not able to answer my questions. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I'm sure they are good people, but as far as a business- very poorly prepared.
Cory BI would not recommend UHAUL in general to anyone. The worst experience I have ever had while moving, or in my lifetime. This place was 11 miles from my house, whereas my location I was suppose to pick up was only 2 blocks from my house. BUT, I was charged for the 22 miles. AWFUL experience! Then, received an ugly email from UHAUL after saying I owed more money. A good company always tries to contact via telephone before sending ugly emails. I was not trying to beat anyone out of anything. The person at this location was out of town when I picked the truck up and I was not sure if he had made it back in town yet. NEVER will UHAUL get my business again.
