The personnel did not help with the trailer. I'm 63 years old I had to disconnect the trailer myself. The personnel did not even give me a receipt. No help what so ever.

I singed up to rent a truck from the large U-Haul store in Latrobe, PA. I was to pick up a 15 foot truck, along with furniture pads and a dolly. At the last minute, U-Haul notified me that my pick up location was moved a mile down the street to the Car Factory. The rental was easy, but the truck was covered in snow, there was a crack in the windshield, and the left back double mounts were at 20 and 70 PSI instead of 80 like they should be. Also, no dolly or furniture pads. So, I had to go to the large U-Haul location down the street... the one I originally wanted to go to... to get my dolly, pads and get air in my tires. I am not mad at Car Factory, but the whole process was made more difficult for no reason. This should have been a one stop for everything, instead of me running around.

I was instructed to drop the truck off at a local Quality Inn. It surprised the desk clerk. We weren't able to reach anyone to confirm, so we went with it anyway. Some signage and notification to the desk staff might have helped.

The truck had cigarette ashes and mud in the cab and the back of the truck was dirty as well. The location was not well marked.
