Everyone there was helpful.
BRENDA FI had originally booked with another rental provider, but that rental company didn't have the truck there at the agreed upon time, nor did they provide any information as to when the truck would be there. Car Care 1 helped me get the needed truck along with a car trailer that was needed. The U-Haul truck was the size needed, clean and gas powered. I would HIGHLY recommend!
TRACEY Sdrop off was not as bad. Again, they changed my drop off location which was different than I originally chose. I wanted to go to a uhaul location that was larger and closer. I did not want to drop off in an empty location where it was set back from the road and dark.
Michael GThere’s no one here, and the only way you can get access to the vehicle is through the app. However, the app is buggy and takes forever.

Mary HCar Care 1 did a fine job. The mgr even helped me plan my route in an area I am not familiar with. However, I am very unhappy with the reservation process. I specifically requested a pickup to tow a small trailer. I was very clear about the necessity wiring and even called Car Car 1 to confirm it. Then, there was no receiver when I got there. I would think a receiver would be a no brainer. I was told that I could buy one. That is UNACCEPTABLE. I was very clear that I would be towing. The mgr made it right but not until I was on the phone with customer support.

john DThe person took forever to check me in and didn't increase the mileage since I had to move locations. This is my 3rd rental in 4 months and I've never had anyone who was checking me in be so slow or clueless. They also never did disclose the upcharge for gas, mileage, etc. would not recommend renting from this place.

donna yNot charge a cleaning fee and tax when I submitted pictures of a filthy mess of a vehicle . I requested that the $26.50 refunded immediately as I did not make the mess and that was the condition that it was received.

Roger FI didn't mind going across the street to pickup trailer, but I had to call Friday to find this out. The plug on the trailer was a small one, I had to go back to original store rowing trailer without light a to BUY an adapter. Drop off was a breeze.
Cheryl CI rented my uhaul online 2 weeks before the moving date (12/14). I set my preferences so that I could pick up the truck 2 blocks from our apartment but uhaul texted me less than 24 hours before the move to say that my uhaul pickup location would be in Greensburg which was more than 1 hour from our apartment. This would have added at least 3 hours onto our moving day. I called and spoke to at least 4 different people all of whom were friendly and accommodating but could not give me an explanation as to why this was happening. We compromised with picking up the uhaul the night before our moving date but the fun doesn't end there. We got to the pickup location and the online check in process gave me 4 different problems. 1. The key to pickup our truck was in the wrong box 2. The mileage and gas tank did not match what was stated 3. The dolly we ordered was not in the truck and 4. The app would not allow me to take a photo in order to begin the rental. Uhaul customer service did give us extra mileage on the truck and a refund for the dolly as well as $50 towards our rental. Regardless due to the hassle and inconvenience this caused I will not be renting with uhaul any time soon.

Anthony PThis was the worst moving experience I have ever had. U-haul called me the day before I was to pick up my (2) 26' moving trucks to verify and they told me one reservation was canceled by U-haul because they thought it was a duplicate. Since they did that I had to go an additional 20 minutes to 2 different locations to pick up the trucks. The girl that called originally would not give me her name because she was very ignorant and smart mouthed. When I asked to speak to her manager he was even worse. He told me he had spent to much time with and couldn't give me anything in writing with his name on it. The people at the reservation department are horrible. Now to the fiasco at our new home the truck was not equipped with the proper tires for wet grass which I was told by the field manager that u-haul is aware of this. I got slid on the wet grass and got stuck in my driveway. At the time I did not have a landline yet and there is no cell service so I had to travel down the road to contact u-haul roadside assistance at 7pm on a Saturday night took over an hour to finally speak to someone. I explained about the phone and lack of cell phone service to just send a tow truck without trying to contact me to check that I still wanted it. I told the representative that I needed them to send someone no matter the cost and he said he would dispatch a tow truck but it could take up to 3 hours. I waited the 3 hours and finally went back down the road to call again. I was told that they tried to call me and since they got voicemail they chose to cancel the call. The 2nd representative I spoke to was very nice and actually got the tow company on the line to make arrangements by this time it was going on 11pm and the tow truck was over an hour away so we made arrangements for him to come the next day which caused me to have to drive 300 miles round trip because I had to go to the old house because I still had my animals there and then back to the new house the next day. Even the tow truck driver said that the tires were the fault of the truck sliding on the wet grass and it cost me $500. out of my pocket for something U-haul is aware of and does not change or notify customers. I called U-haul several times to try to rectify this situation and I finally spoke to the field manager and he said he couldn't help me with the tow fee. U-haul is aware of the problem but they would go out of business if they reimbursed everyone who got stuck because of the tires on their trucks. I will never use U-haul again for anything and when anyone is moving I will most definitely tell them about my experience. The gentleman at this pick up location was very nice but I wouldn't recommend U-haul to anyone they are the WORST.
ruth LIt took awhile to do the mobile pick up and it would have been good to know ahead of time that you would be calling our contact person. That way we could give them a heads up before we get to the location.

Jason JI have no problems with the location. I have had nothing but problems from uhaul in general with regards to my appointment. Wrong information, too aggressive upselling of equipment and services. But the location was excellent and tried everything he could to accommodate me to the best of his abilities
Allen PThe only problem I experienced was in getting to the location. I went to a U-Haul dealer that was virtually across the street and was told that I was at the wrong location and was sent 10 miles in the wrong direction. The manager at the correct location was very apologetic and provided excellent service.
