The whole thing was a nightmare. Reserved a truck in a town 30 minutes away from me to get there and find out it didn't go through. Then reserved another truck about 25 min from there and I called to make sure and no,no trucks available at that location!!! Then found another truck 45 minutes away from there and it took us over an hour at that location on the phone with uhual to actually get the key. Total Nightmare!!!!

Michelle K.I arrived at the location and was instructed by the convenient store attended to call SCOTT PEETS to start the dispatch instructions. multiple phone calls were made via my cell phone and the store's cell phone with no answer. Store attending said this happens every weekend as Scott never answers the phone. I then had to wait on hold for over 45 min. By the time I got off the phone with customer service it was 1h 45min since my arrival and pick up time. Waisted my day and my time. I will be giving Scott a call on Tuesday. If Scott is unavailable on the weekends and holidays then this location should be CLOSED. Leaving the poor store attendant with this issue is unacceptable.
Gretchen G.I waited a hour and a half to get my U-Haul do to that website and app being unresponsive and the customer service on the phone call, which I waited a hour to get into contact with some one, was terrible and couldn't help me at all.
Dan T.It was very frustrating with the pick up. The guy at the store told me I had to get a 4 digit code and the key would be in the boxes on the building. I tried following the prompts online and nothing was working. Thankfully a customer service rep helped me and stayed on the line until new figured out the problem. It was my iPhone not only needing location turned on but also while using safari. It may be helpful to add that detail to your directions. Turns out I didn't get a 4 digit code, but needed to show my phone to the clerk after I did everything online. He did not speak English well, so it was difficult to communicate with him. … and he had the key on the counter! It took me 45 minutes to get the key after I arrived at the location. I didn't mind the process of returning the truck. That part went much better.

James A.The vehicle itself was clean and conveniently ready for our move. My only complaint is that there was a very large crack in the windshield which made me feel a little uneasy.
EVE F.Someone has to go over there and show the girl there what to do or completely remove her from the uhaul counter. It was the worst experience I've ever had picking up a uhaul. I had to call customer service to help her and walk her through the computer system. Then after 20 min of that we get the keys and ask her where the truck was and she said "I dont know". So we had to go out and look for it. We also had to dig it out of the snow for 45 min. We noticed a few scratches to the side of the truck so I called customer service again and they sent me a link to upload pictures because the girl in the counter didn't even tell us to do a walk through or anything. All she did was hand us the keys. I will go to another moving truck company instead of having to deal with her again. It was so frustrating and worst part of it was that she didn't even try to figure anything out her attitude to the whole process was I can't help you its your problem. Horrible Horrible Horrible. If it wasn't for your customer service people I would never ever work with uhaul again.
