BRIAN TOverall it was because the office was open and someone was able to help. However truck share has bugs that need worked out. This was the second time I used truck share and both times my location was never confirmed and had to have help to complete the pick up. The first time, my pick up time was 630am but never actually left the lot til 730 due to issues with verifying my info. Customer service was necessary in this case. This second time around, the same thing. It is a convenient service and in general I'm satisfied with my experience.

Neal DWhen I went to pick up the 10' box truck, we pulled out for our 2 hour ride and as soon as we got onto the highway we were stopped by the Missouri highway patrol. after speaking with the patrolman we were informed that the front drivers hazard light was coming out due to a broken screw and after him showing us we noticed it was taped in place with clear tape as to not be noticed (which we didn't upon inspecting), and then after receiving a warning we resumed our trip and after only being in the road a total of 15 minutes we noticed we had NO A/C at all, and so we were forced to endure a 2 hour drive there, and a 2 hour drive back with the windows down and even that was very hot due to the 98 degree temperatures. We were also forced to clean 4 bags of trash out of the back box area when we got to our location before we could load from the last people who used this truck. Over all I feel that this whole rental experience was a huge loss and don't feel I should be charged at all for all of this inconvenience. Yet I still paid for the truck to be refueled and cleaned after I used it, and was returned 10 hours earlier than due on top of all this.

Nicholas WI requested a utility dolly and a regular dolly. I actually called several days in advance to ensure that both would be in the uhaul when i picked them up. And was told that the truck was available and bot dollies where also available. I was able to pick up the truck with no issues, but neither of the 2 dollies that I NEEDED were there. This was and is unacceptable!!!

Jerry HThe fault here was no fault to the location. It took us over an hour to get it picked up because the after hours online representative was unbearably slow and very hard to work with. We did not receive the appliance dolly I had asked for which made it indescribably difficult to move things such as my washer, deep freezer, etc out of my UPSTAIRS apartment. It took so much longer I actually didn't even get everything moved because of it. Ultimately I don't think I received a fair price given all of the hang ups.

Marilyn RI can't think of anything that you could improve. The staff was helpful and got me into U-Haul right away, which is what I needed. It was a very good transaction.

patrick rUhaul customer service wait times are very bad. Never got roadside assistance and gave up trying after after multiple attempts over 10 hr period. I'm reccomending people stay far away from uhaul.

Brian SOnly one issue. When we reserved the truck pick up location that location did not have the truck we needed then automatically said pickup was at our drop off location. I was not notified of this until I received the email day of pickup so I had double mileage! That is a really bad clich!! Was not happy with that at all!
